From the help I got at their store to select trees to the installation today in a two-week time frame this company did a great job. Some of them were smaller trees that I planted myself and I was given great advice on how to do so and how to take care of them. Every one of their people from the salesperson that helped me initially to the gentlemen that installed my trees were 100% knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thank you for a job well done!

Great place for your landscaping, plant, or decor needs! They have a wide variety of each category. Their garden decor area had multiple styles and multiple options within those styles. They had a lot of trees and helpful staff. We were wandering and they helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They were super nice without being in your business. Everyone was knowledgeable about their stock in each category. The prices are good compared to other plant places, too. Would definitely recommend!

Aspinall's installed landscape lighting in 2018. I needed to replace one of the lights. I called eight times over the course of a year and a half and each time I was assured somebody would get back to me. No one ever did so I looked up the part number and a landscaping company in North Dakota was quickly able to get the replacement light and was able to ship it to me within 10 days. As hard as we try sometimes to support local business, it can be difficult when communication is so incredibly poor.

I love this nursery! I love how everything is displayed! The variety of plants is quite inspiring! Most of the employee staff are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very helpful! However, I was not happy with the very sloppy and unprofessional delivery service. I was greeted with one employee dangling a cigar from his mouth and an attitude of laziness!

They were requested to remove an apple tree stump, which was in the location of where one of six trees was to be placed. They were unable and uninterested in removing the stump. Told us they didn't have the right equipment. My 18 year old son offered to help. He was told the stump was too big and couldn't be moved without bigger machinery. My son decided to try removing it on his own.

With only an ax and a crobar, had that stump moved and the space filled back in, within an hour and a half. I have had other deliveries from Aspinall's before, and always with pleasant, professional persons handling the delivery. We were highly disappointed!

Terrible topsoil and compost. I bought a yard of each, had them mix and deliver it. It has soooo many small rocks, twigs, and even some roots it in. Now I have to sift it to ensure i have some good soil in my vegetable garden. I'll never buy from them again.

Great conscientious workers! Came in early spring if 2020. mulched, fertilized and cleaned up. Left my front wall and yard looking breathtakingly beautiful! Helped keep up our spirits (and probably my neighbors' spirits, too) through out the remainder of the COVID19 quarantine. Thank you!

My brother and I purchased about 17, 8-foot trees for my mom from here and they did such a great job! We were kindly helped when deciding on our purchase as well as when the trees were delivered. Rob, one of men who delivered and planted the trees, was very helpful in explaining the proper way to care for the trees to make sure they stay strong and healthy. Thanks so much!

Excellent customer service, extremely kind, curtious, very helpful, helpful with tips to make sure my plants were successful in the future, helped load up vehicle for me as I am disabled, the climbing rose bush I purchase in June was 1ft tall and now in October is 8ft tall and still blossoming and absolutely beautiful! I'm one extremely satisfied customer! Thank you so much!
