I had 7 yards of landscaping stone delivered and everything from the purchase to the delivery was spot on. I had great service from the point of sale to the delivery. I needed some more stone and had it loaded into my truck and everything went very smooth. I am in the client service industry and have very high standards and had a fantastic experience.

I got 5 yards of the Washed landscape stone and it's not washed at all. I bought it because it was washed. I'm fine if it was just dust but most of the stone is covered in dirt. Guess I'll be cleaning stone all day instead all spreading it. I would take out the washed stone if your not going to wash it, just saying.

Ordered 8 yds. of compost following the 2020 Buffalo Home Show and took delivery when I was ready for it in May. The salesperson, Maria, was courteous and helpful, and returned my calls promptly when I made arrangements for delivery. The delivery driver was polite, threaded his truck through a narrow space and dropped the load precisely where I wanted it.
The compost was first rate, shredded and screened, and free of stones, clay and weeds. I look forward to trying some of their other products, including their 50/50 organic blend topsoil and black mulch. Five stars all the way!

BEWARE of this company. If something goes wrong the will never answer your calls or call you back. Our vehicle was hit by one of their Plow truck drivers almost a Month ago on Dec. 12. They still have not called to report the accident which was their fault (We have the police report to prove this) not to mention both our insurance and their insurance have called multiple times with no call back or answer from the owners. The ownership of this business is obviously morally corrupt and will surely treat you the same way. As soon as you pay they will disappear.

Best product around. I had recently bought bagged products and never considered the harsh chemicals in those cheap bags and never considered buying in bulk since it was new to me. They had options of delivery and pickup. It was cheaper and faster to buy in bulk and best yet the product was clean and ground fine! It was exactly what I was looking for and freshened up my garden exactly how I wanted it to. Best yet its Organic! I'm a customer for life. I cannot wait to finish more garden beds around our new home. Thank you J.F Krantz Nursery!

Was pleasantly surprised they said they could deliver the dirt a morning a few days after purchase. Then after waiting through the four hour delivery window, the delivery never came, I called to check on it and they said it wasn't scheduled. Still here waiting. About to miss a friend's birthday party.
