Pacific was amazing! Mario and his crew redid our whole sprinkler system. They had to replace our old one with a whole new system and they were super efficient! Highly recommend.

Very professional and always on time for appointments. I have been with company for 10 yrs when they first installed my sprinkler system. The technicians always explain what needs to be done and will answer all your questions. I have never had a problem with my sprinklers since the were installed. They also send you reminders when it's time for maintenance. Satisfied customer here.

We have worked with Mason for several years now. His quality is excellent, he always fixes my sprinkler leaks & pump issues (we pump from our pond). He is super accommodating with all my detailed requests, extra patient with answering my many questions that I always ask & last minute little add ons. We went with a full service landscaper for a year or so, then fired them & we are back happy using Mason again.

He was just here & he helped us finally figure out & fix our flooding problems with zones & drip lines with too many holes, etc. I wish you could clone him because we customers need more people like him servicing our yards. I cannot tell you the horrible service that we have gotten from other sprinkler guys who work for supposed 'top rated full service yard folks'. Whatever you do, don't ever let Mason go & give that man a raise!

Overall ok but they missing good phone customer service. I recommended my friend and never got the promoted $100 off my service and they install a pot irrigation system that wasn't working properly and than charged me again to fix it so not really to happy about that, but they great with schedule and ok with simple assignments. and to answer you - I did call multiple times and even now and again and again I am going to say this - no customer service skills whatsoever.

The mos unprofessional sprinkler system company. They booked a winterizer appointment for 10/21/21 with a starting value of $106. I canceled and booked one with them for $10/23/21 for $85. They cancelled my appointment with an email saying it is sad to see me go. They increased the price from last year from $75 to $106 for winterizer. They installed my irrigation system in 2013 and they serviced since then. But, they charge now a very exhobirtant price since each year they increase it more than 50%. Bad company.

We had favorable experiences with the routine work, turn ons and winterizing. However we were recently in need of more substantial repairs and the experience was poor. First we were quoted a very high estimate which included a much broader scope of work than what we asked for. When I asked the technician if he could give an estimate just based on the repairs we needed, he said that this was not an option as it needed to be worth it for them to come out to do the work.

We're talking about a $1500 estimate during the offseason. I followed up with the office to ask if they could reconsider, and was simply told that they have a price match guarantee if I got a better quote elsewhere. Subsequently I got multiple emails and automated phone calls asking me if I was ready to move forward on the quote I told them I was not interested in.

Ultimately I did find a better estimate, and wound up paying half their estimate for most but not all of the work that Pacific Lawn quoted. After having to go through the hassle of finding another quote, and getting a helpful response from another company (Sprinkler Surgeon), why would I decide to go back to these guys? All they needed to do in the first place was quote something that wasn't completely ridiculous.

The poor review is because I feel like this is a lousy way to treat a regular customer. I'd been using these guys for years and advised them in advance of the work I needed, but ultimately they tried to take advantage when I really needed the work done by quoting an absurd number and refusing to give an estimate for just the work that I needed. The experience with Sprinkler Surgeon was far better.

We recently had a sprinkler system put in by Pacific Lawn. Our experience with this company has been positive from start to finish. We worked with Joe, who was very professional. He came to the house when he said he would and created a layout of where all the sprinklers would go and explained everything in detail. He was here the day of installation to make sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Pacific.

They came right on time for a new sprinkler install. Willy and a crew of 2 managed to get my whole house done within 8 hours. They were super polite and answered every question I threw at them as well as staying after I already paid to make sure the app was working and the times were good for my area. They might seem a little pricey but well worth the extra for the service I got. I would recommend them and will use them for maintenance when needed.

I've been told I'm too old school when it comes to expectations. Over the last 20 years I'm sure we've all noticed a decline in customer service from the simplest of tasks. One place that has kept their commitment to quality and care is pacific. Joe my sales rep has taken the reigns delivering quality and professionalism. Always deliver on time weather permitting and provides me with the "old school" feeling of attention. Thank you Joe for all your dedication and amazing results every time. I am part of a large Property Management Company and we had an extremely important last minute issue with an outside water sprinkler situation that needed addressing quickly. I worked with Nancy and Donna in the Pacific Customer Service Department whose initial demeanor put me at ease immediately. They pulled some strings and got me an appointment with one of their techs the very next day.

The technician Mentor Berisha arrived exactly on time, his demeanor was the same as Nancy and Donna's and he not only solved my problem for a fraction of the cost that a home inspector was purporting needed to be done, but his attitude, prowess and expertise were nothing less than superb. He made all the repairs, inspected the entire system to be sure EVERYTHING worked, he was efficient, clean, thorough, with a fantastic personality to boot. I would recommend Pacific Lawn Sprinklers to everyone.

Don't use this company as they scam money from you by falsely charging more time and increase service charge and make up numbers of things they used. We used this company to turn on and off our auto irrigation system twice a year, and occasionally add on something when we get new pots and planters. Now our building uses our terrace for repairing facade by moving our pots and planters around.

So pacific was asked to disconnect and reconnect the irrigation to them. They arrived at my door at 2pm and left my door at 2:22pm. It is a very easy and quick job as I have most of the tubes. However the next day I got bill of $533. Can you believe it? They just charged us 45 minutes labor of $150 for 20 minutes of work on top of service call $230 plus a few emitters for $30, $80 for drip pipe. I had service call before and it was a bit more than $100. Shame on you!

Very professional, friendly, prompt service! I highly recomend them. We decided to go with Pacific Lawn Sprinklers as our area gets direct sun and couldn't keep up with watering schedules. From the start to end the team did a great job! Steve came to our house on time to estimate. Very friendly, answered all my questions & walked me through his plan.

I liked the way he took his notes - no pcitures, gadgets, he hand drawn them. Love when i see ppl doing old school way of things. : The Backoffice team/Support staffs promptly followed up with estimates, answered all my questions, setup our appointments with reminders. They also helped me later with setups post installation. On the day of Sprinklers installation, the team were here on time.

Only thing i felt bad was that i had scheduled on a very hot day - should have planned in Spring. But they didn't stop all the digging regardless of the weather and considerate of our property. When they left, it was all cleaned up nice and good. All done in a day. Now all I see is my green beautful lawn. Very glad that i have chosen Pacific Lawn Sprinklers. I highly recommend them.

We had the Pacific Lawn Sprinkler install much needed irrigation system for my lawn yesterday. They showed up on the dot of the appointment time. Their team did a great job. I can totally recommend this company, they take care of my 5000 sq. Feet Terrece in the city for years now. Extremely reliable and fair and always prompt with excellent service.
