Rob and his team, an absolute pleasure to deal with. What his team created for my wife and myself, is truly amazing. We are still in disbelief we have that pool in our backyard. It is like we have our own resort. Any questions during the build, Rob was always there to answer. He was always available and stopped by the house for progress checks regularly.

From day one, his team lead by foreman Selvin were there day after day until completion. Clean up was always done. An extremely polite group of workers that I'm so glad we were able to obtain. Future projects are in the books and without hesitation, I will again be contacting Rob.

The guys did a great job and we couldn't be happier. They cleaned up so well you never would have known they were there. I highly recommend them!

Fine Design Masonry just completed work at my home in Glen Cove, NY. They built a 70 Ft + wide & 6 Ft high retaining wall. From the start Rob and his team were awesome. From planning to completion they managed every detail. I was amazed at how effective this company operates. There was no down time waiting for supplies or employees. Rob and his team are really focused on customer satisfaction and their professionalism is outstanding.

I never give reviews and I don't like using contractors. Rob and his meticulous teams changed all of that. Rob did everything he said and more. He was there when he said he would be. If I had a question he wanted to not only answer it but make sure I was happy with the answer. His teams were extraordinarily talented, were exceptional craftsmen, and their pride showed in their work.

All of his suggestions were spot on. Fine Design Masonry wasn't the cheapest out there but for good reason. They did everything the right way; not just with what you see but the proper preparation and foundation so your project will last for years to come. I wouldn't use anyone else for future projects. Rare is the day where I find myself leaving a favorable review as I had believed that quality, communication, reliability and transparency were lost attributes. Rob and his overachieving, hard working and detail oriented team at Fine Design Masonry blew our expectations out of the water. This, coming from someone who tends to lack trust and has a tendency to micromanage the finer quality details in a project.

That was not needed with Fine Design. Each and every day, these high caliper masonry artists didn't cut a single corner nor did they miss a beat. When Rob said they will be here, they were here. When I asked for certain details not to be missed, they weren't missed and were often enhanced. Fine Design doesn't do it the easy way. They don't sell you on a low quality, sales oriented, fast solution.

The entire team works in sync on a design built that caters to the customers needs. They enhanced several aspects of my project on designs that I didn't think were possible. Robert and his team were the consummate professionals. Initially, they affixed a stone fascia to complement our siding. As a result of that work, we hired Fine Design Masonry for our next big project: our backyard patio. Brian designed a patio and several flowerbed walls that worked seamlessly with our property. In doing so, they demolished our old patio with care so as not to cause damage to the home. Also, they were able to lay the new patio in such a way as to hide sprinkler pipes coming off the house, and carefully cut around our existing oil tank.

It provided us a larger patio than what we expected, all while hiding imperfections with the property itself. They also sealed our driveway in order to make up for damage caused by a delivery company (which was totally unrelated to Brian and his team). Such selfless acts weren't expected. I'd highly recommend Fine Design Masonry for any job you may have. They truly care how the job comes out. Well done.

I would highly recommend Rob (owner) and his team at Fine Design Masonry to anyone who wants an awesome quality install on their pavers, backyard patio areas and house . After they were done it felt like an extreme home makeover show came into our front/backyard and did a complete transformation.
