This company is always good. Recently I had an exceptional experience!. The The lawn technician did extra weed whacking for me in front of my porch just because I asked! Very kind! Pleasant! Tuesday 5/10/22 They've come out even if the weather has changed on a dime. They'll wear hoodies on their heads and fight the storm lol. They hurry and get it done right as the rain's coming down.

Instead of waiting and making you wait another week or three days. That's pretty good stuff! The guys are professional, discreet, effective, efficient and they leave. Very good!

The service provided by The Rahn Companies for our landscaping needs has always been excellent. The service providers are professional and always perform any tasks necessary to make our commercial area look beautiful.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I agree with John and Lou. To work there is a nightmare. So many lies and modified paychecks. I was embarrassed with the quality of the work they allowed. He wants the job done fast and willingly sacrifices quality. The owner claims he cares about his workers but only offers insurance to his close friends.

As a property manager for a storage facility I know what customer service is all about. The crew that has come the last couple of times is under Chris and I can't say enough about this young man. He is not only polite, very respectful, takes pride in his job but also wants to make sure that I am happy with the service I have received. He will not hesitate to make it right and that means everything to me.

So thank you Rahm Company for having such a dependable employee and thank you for sending him to my property. The company will benefit with more like Chris. So again thank you Rahm Company and Chris for a job always well done.

If I could give them less then a 1 star I would they took over are development in deptford and do a horrible job are homeowners association is trying to figure out how to sue them the quality of work is that bad do not use

I will never utilize their service again. We had them come out to winterize our sprinkler system. Right after the tech left we had water spouting out front and flooding our basement, and the sprinkler system ran overnight. When we called them, they said they'd have to recharge us to fix the problem. Basically the wrong valve was turned off initially.

To their credit they did try to vacuum out the basement. But it was unprofessional and not thorough of them not to initially come in and shut off the valve themselves, and then for a manager to basically blame us as new homeowners for not doing that part correctly. We contacted them as the experts, expecting that they would take care of everything start to finish and they dropped the ball.

I've never seen a business double charge when there's a problem or complaint with the job they've done but clearly these guys don't care about the customer. They also have yet to redo the job and I was told they'll get to it whenever they can. Never again!

Very professional install of my concrete walkway and parging on my foundation walls. I will definitely use them again for other projects in the future.
