DCR Landscaping & Construction Inc LA Edison Area

DCR Paving & Masonry of Metuchen NJ took advantage of my 76 yr old mother and our family. We contracted DCR Paving & Masonary to provide quality work as advertised. The request for landscaping and to create a sidewalk and create a driveway. The quality of work was terrible. When we addressed our concerns about the terrible work completed the only resolve was to charge my family additional cost to correct the errors and the lack of concern regarding their quality of work.

We did not experience the close relationship they state they provide and the highest standard of quality services on each of the projects that were somewhat completed. They claim to be committed to achieving full customer satisfaction. We paid a very large substantial amount of money to have decent landscaping and sidewalk and a decent driveway. DCR Paving & Masonary to have over three decade of services you were not forth coming regarding the seasonal months that may required additional items when laying down grass seeds for example STRAW.

You failed to provide the required amount of asphalt to complete our driveway in the professional manner and high quality you claim to stand by. DCR PAVING & MASONARY took our money and half delivered quality work.

1st time they did not show up for an estimate because of a schedule error. So we rescheduled for the next day. then the following day, they showed up to the wrong address. Was told by Tim."we are too busy for this type of work.find someone else". Really OK.WOW!

On the morning of February 8th (really evening dec 7th) at appx 1230 am they showed up to snow plow, snow blow, shovel, and salt my neighbors house in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Shovel fine we all have to work. I understand this. But 4 inches of snow a few hours after the Super Bowl doesn't require a midnight all hands on deck response.

I have all of this captured on ring camera and have filed a police report with Edison they even asked for the videos and time stamps that I was very happy to provide. If this company is this hungry for money. Id stay away from them for any services I will never use them for anything

Doug and his team did an excellent job with our project. He had great practical suggestions during the design process. His team worked diligently and promptly. Doug was always very responsive to all of our questions. They weren't the cheapest option but their service and quality are absolutely worth the price for a professional job. I highly recommend DCR and would use them again.

DCR did exactly what they said they would do, promptly and professionally. After discussing the project with several contractors, it became apparent that DCR's proposal was competitive, and the DCR staff made the project go smoothly. Ashley and Doug were supportive throughout the project, and the installers worked from before 7 am until after 5 pm. Absolutely unbelievable! When they were done, the property was clean and orderly. Would highly recommend DCR.

Cannot say enough about DCR. Doug (the owner) designed our landscaping about 5 years ago. People still stop and ask me what company designed it. Their work is impeccable and we continue to have our lawn serviced by them. Recently my daughter used DCR for the front and back of her home. The design is beautiful and they were beyond happy. They have a great team in their office as well as in the field (Brian is amazing)! The men are very harding working and take pride in their work. I highly recommend DCR! They are top notch!

We've been using DCR for over 15 years and the quality of lawn service and maintenance is unmatched. We tried several services before DCR, only to leave unhappy each time. DCR is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Our lawn always looks consistently great. We highly recommend them.

I could not be happier with the experience I have had with DCR. We completely re-did our landscaping this year and the final result was amazing. I can't say enough about the attention to detail, the planning, and the quality of work. Doug's team was incredibly efficient and was able to complete what was a huge job in only a few days. From the actual design to the plants, lighting and irrigation that was installed, everything was done professionally and expertly.

We even changed the position of 2 trees last minute after they were planted and they were able to make the changes with no problem. Also- excellent job cleaning up after job was completed, left the property looking better than when they started. I have already hired them for another job this spring. Definitely use this company!
