The pond you did is absolutely beautiful! The landscaping just adds to the beauty! My contractor told me you did nice work but this is even more beautiful then I imagined.

Premium did a good job cleaning my pond. However they only gave me notice the night before. I provided instructions in the am but was not able to see the completion. The crew did not follow my instructions and they changed the appearance of the pond. My shelf plants were put in the pond so they floated to the top and died. Premium did not take responsibility for the errors:

Said they would come to my house Thursday or Friday and let me know which day and time. No show. No response to my phone call or email. I understand these are difficult times for many reasons but I founded a 30 person architectural firm and always returned a phone call within 24 hours. If we were too busy, I told the caller and offered the name and contact for another architectural firm.
If we were not the appropriate architectural firm, I told them so and if possible, gave them the name and contact of another firm. That's professionalism. If we had a meeting. We showed up on time or called to explain the reason for the delay. There is no excuse for poor service.
