My husband and I went to this nursery and purchased a crepe myrtle tree. Mike was knowledgeable and helpful. We were initially told delivery/installation would take 2-3 weeks but they called within a week and our tree was planted! The installer did an amazing job. Thank you to Joe! We will be back for more landscaping needs. Service: Installation

Their selection is huge, you will find all kinds of flowers, trees, evergreens etc, but my favorite was the Japanese maple tree I purchased and the price was good in total I ended buying 3 different trees good experience and the workers outside are helpful and will explain if you have any questions. I would recommend this place to my friends.

On the expensive side but selection is decent. Some plants were dying of thirst . Maybe they were short handed. They impose a fee on credit card so you may want to bring your cash.

Very rude and unprofessional! They charge different price with in few months and even after seeing receipt he never accepts that they have delivered for that price. He made a mistake in total price and never accepts it and try justifying it with 7% tax added on top it. Stay away from this business. Not sure how he is in the business till now if he is handling customers like this.

We shop there every year for grave blankets, Christmas wreaths and browse around for decorations. However, this year the store didn't have any decorations out for sale. We were very disappointed but understand the reason why.

This was the best place for grave blankets. We travel a good distance to purchase. This year we were very disappointed. In the past they were very heavy, had wood on the back. This year they were not as full, made poorly in comparison to previous years. I also paid $11.00 more that last year for the "same" grave blankets.

Joe and his guys have always been helpful in providing the best quality stone, plants, etc that you can fine. Delivery was always on time too. Highly recommend

I truly wish that Yelp allowed zero Stars. Here is my unfortunate experience with the owner, "Joe". Thursday, June 4th, I called and made a delivery order for 2 yards of black mulch and two yards or top soil. This delivery was going to an elder couple that I was doing some landscaping work for (not my own home)). The delivery was scheduled for 9am on Sunday, June 7th.

I went to their house at 8:45am to lay tarps and wait for the delivery to be able to pay the guys. At 9:21am, I made the first phone call to Joe- and the answer I got was, "I've waited 4-5 hours for a delivery before, , the delivery guy is out on the road, he will be there". At 9:53am, I called for a second time, just get an update, considering it's been a half hour for a 3 mile drive. Joe proceeds to tell me that my order ticket was for 10am, not 9am and that the driver was on the road headed my way. Oddly, he never asked for an address, or anything.

Fast forward another 45 minutes. I chose to make the 3 mile drive to Crossroads Nursery. Talked to a young guy on a loader who said that when the next drive gets back, they will driver it right away. That was at 10:45ish. I walked into the main nursery to pay for the delivery since I no longer was able to wait for the delivery. I went to hand, Mr.

Attitude aka Joe, the owner, a check and he just looked at me and said, "what do you want me to do with this?" "Well, I would like to pay for the delivery that hasn't arrived yet, as I cannot wait any longer". "Oh your the bad attitude lady on the phone". Listen, I was annoyed at the situation but Joe tells me he just got off the phone with the driver but when I ask for an ETA, he says that he may have stopped for gas, or food or even maybe broke down.

Then he hung up on me. As for my check, he threw it back at me in front of oof her customers and said."the nerve of some people", "you're mad bc your delivery is 30 mins late", "it's not my fault that you never made an order ticket". So after alllllll of this, bottomline is that when I spoke to the owner on Thursday, he never made the ticket and I was never getting a delivery.

I will NEVER use this place again. I will be happy to turn people away from this place. I am embarrassed that this guy owns a business, especially I in the same town that I live. I have seen that this is not the first complaint about Joe-the owner, being rude, abrasive, combative and just downright absurdly nasty.

Today on my way through south Jersey I stopped at Crossroads Nursery en route to see my Aunt. Micheal was friendly and courteous. He helped me pick out some mums as well as potting soul to bring in my ficus dree from out doors. Thank you for suggestions. She was so surprised when she walked out front of her home.
