Would recommend 100%. They were given to us as a recommendation from our neighbors, for whom they did a pool. We worked with Bryan to get a hot tub pad and a fire pit patio honestly the entire experience was great. Communication was so easy and timely, as well as timeline from the pre-project visit, the project proposal and the start of the project. Bryan addressed any and all questions I had, even before I needed to ask him.
He took great care in patiently planning out the projects and showing us what he meant so we were on exactly the same page. The material and quality of the project was great, and any questions/concerns I had during the work were explained or addressed immediately by the crew. They went above what we expected with the projects in terms of landscaping and care.
People who have visited have asked us who completed it because they are impressed. Bryan has also been helping us with a few other things and his communication, flexibility in timing and professionalism is outstanding.

I had Needle Brothers complete a major backyard renovation at my home, and I was very pleased with their service, professionalism, and quality of their work. Needle brothers completed a 525 square foot patio, masonry wall and firepit, as well planted and mulched my garden beds, taking about 4 days to complete. The work came out spectacular and I have gotten dozens of compliments.
We have become the house that all our family wants to hang out at during the summer. I cannot speak highly enough about Brian and his team. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for major landscaping and masonry work.

I recently used Needle Brothers to tackle a hip-high weed forest in my perennial gardens. They were amazing! My perennial beds and shrubs are trimmed and nicely put to bed for winter. I have been the gate keeper for my gardens for the past 15 years. My hands and back won't let me keep it up anymore. Luckily, I won't have to. I am handing my gardens over to the guys at Needle Brothers Landscaping & Masonry for all my spring, summer and fall needs. Can't wait to create new beds in the spring. Thank you Bobby and associates!

Bad arrogant customer service expensive prices and make you sign a contract just to come and lawn mowing! Freaking ridiculous how some of these companies get soo big headed that they fail to provide decent honesty customer service! I wanted future business with them but their lacking customer service made them loose my money!

In early May, I had Brian come out a quote me a bunch of landscaping work to prepare for the season such as mulching, edging, etc. that came to about $2k. At the time, he claimed he could start the work in about a week or two. A week or so later, I left him a message to start the work. We missed each other phone calls and finally left him a message specifically telling to give me a date when he can do the work before he does the work so I know and I am ok with the timing.
I never heard back from him. I just assumed he blew me off. On August 16th, unbeknownst to me they show up and do the work at the end of the season. I do not want all this work done at the end of the season and three months after I wanted the work done. No phone call to make sure I still wanted the work done. On the second day of work (I didn't even know they did the first day since I came home late the day before and came in through the garage and didn't see any work done), I was surprised by people working on my yard as I left for work.
I told them to stop and leave my property. They started to pack up as I left. When I arrived home later in the day, I found that they continued to work and completed the job despite me telling them not to. The kicker is that under the quote, I paid them for hours of labor and one of the things they did was mow my lawn. The thing is I already pay Needle Brothers separately for weekly mowings.
So now this week, they are double charging me for mowing. I am not paying this bill because I did not authorize this work. They want me to pay for mulching, edging, and pruning at the end of the season when I am just going to have to redo most of that work at the beginning of next season? How can you blow a customer off for three months and then start work for a $2k job without asking them if they still want the work done after such a long time? How do you blow off a customer who has been a good customer for years for three months on a job? I assume this will be going to small claims court.
