Critical: Professionalism After their landscapers knocked my cable/internet/phone wire down with their dump truck I asked for a discount off the bill. They offered $10. When I asked for $100 they offered $50. I again asked for $100, they accepted and then told me to find another landscaper. Very unprofessional. Service: Landscaping maintenance

Talented, experienced and consistent since my first landscape construction project with Cryan 2003. we sold the home 18 years later and the walkways and gardens were timeless classic designs that gave the house Curb appeal forever! Fast forward to now 2021. Kevin Cryan designed planned & executed the most amazing yard for our new lake front home. Crazy supply chain and pandemic challenges included, the project kept a tight time table and every detail was brought to life exactly as pictured! Could be bragging but the property is magazine quality! The crew was wonderful, responsive, professional and grateful folks.

It took 10 weeks for them to complete a 7 day job. They would show up on a Friday for a few hours and sometimes Saturday for 2-4 hours and disappear for a week. They tore up a 1/3 of my lawn from the street to the back over 100 feet of turf to use as a road to install a leeching field and septic. After finally completing the job they dropped unscreened loom and poorly hydroseeded over it which as you can see doesn't grow grass very well.

It's as if they didn't want to lose money so they underseeded and didn't send enough workers or spend enough time to correct their mistakes. The rocks can clearly be seen after the hudroseed disappeared and they are totally unresponsive to calls. They're are areas that are so unlovely we have pools the birds play in when it rains. My beautiful lawn is ruined and now I have to pay more money to fix their poor craftsmanship. Please Avoid at all costs. They are the worst. Who would do a job like this and feel Pride in the company?! Hire at your own risk.

Very impressed with these services. We just moved to a new home and needed a spring cleanup and fresh grass to be planted. Kevin was very responsive and friendly and even gave us some advice on vegetation and plant management. The crew came out and got the whole yard done in 8 hours, it was incredible and we are so happy with the results. Definitely would recommend!

We had work done recently for flooding issues on our property. We contacted two local companies for a quote and their pricing was very comparable. They came and did a great job on our property and I'm confident my water issues will be fixed now. The actual work happened a weeks after the initial scheduled date, but didn't cause too much of an issue with my experience. I was also happy to have gotten an accurate quote as there were no unexpected fees.

Cryan completely transformed our yard. We had a big project done with them and from start to finish they did an incredible job and we couldn't be happier. Kevin helped with the design of our new front yard; He was clear on the scope of the project and helpful in creating the vision for myself and my wife. The crew was friendly, hardworking, professional, but most importantly they did a QUALITY job. Kevin, the owner, truly cares about providing quality.

More recently, we were not 100% happy with the color of our mulch. He offered several different options to redress the issue, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. A business we're happy to repeat with time and time again.

Kevin & Adam, As you are aware, we are transitioning to a new property manager currently. One comment that came out of the interview process was their tremendous approval of us having switched to Cryan Landscaping. We expect a hiccup here and there as with any new contractor, but you guys have been proactive and a joy to deal with. I can't say that enough.

In a couple of words I would characterize their work as 'quick and dirty'. I hired them a couple of times and both times been disappointed. I expected better quality considering the rates charged. I've struggled mightily to keep their rhododendrons healthy but now they look spindling and weak. Some of their other plantings are failing as well.

I would encourage anyone thinking of hiring a landscaper to consider doing the work yourself. It is possible to find quality trees and shrubs at a reasonable price (Boston Tropical Tree). If you then invest in a shovel and a bit of fertilizer you will save yourself hundreds (possibly thousands) of dollars. Though this work is hard, instructions are easily googled and the money saved is well worth the effort. Sadly it took getting burned twice for me to learn my lesson, I sincerely wish you better luck!
