Every day, there is a Fairfield truck in my neighborhood, conveniently parked in the most inconvenient place for the neighborhood residents. They park on the crests of hills, in blindspots, at intersections. There's no place they can't find to make it dangerous for kids on bikes or residents driving through the neighborhood. God forbid you inconvenience the customer by parking in their driveway. Nope, you choose to inconvenience eveyone else in the neighborhood.

Had appointment with so called landscape designer, for a full service landscape to our backyard, we have agreed to his initial plan and cost and he requested a copy of property survey we handed it to him he was supposed to get back to us within days with a written agreement for the work & a future maintenance. It has been a month since then, despite leaving messages & texting him, total lack of professionalism & nothing short of passive ignorance. If he was a true professional, would at least return the survey by mail & simply decline to do the project for any reason than keeping us hanging, total failure.

Their lawn fertilization and weed control service had significantly gotten worse over the last several years to the point where they had to assure us that they would take care of any areas that were not treated at our multi-acre golf center before we gave them the contract for 2017. After their treatment there was a 30 ft wide area extending several hundred feet running down the center of our fairway that they completely missed for weed control.
Upon informing their manager of this situation and his commitment to take care of any missed areas he refused to even look at the situation and said my only option was to pay them for another treatment! Needless to say we will never do business with this company again!

Fairfield's estimate seemed great UNTIL the actual work had to be done. Their idea of cleaning up a red maple is remove 10 small branches (1.5 diameter) for $500 on a 20 foot tree. They get an extra star only for the work on my pin oak, but they left one branch that hovers over top a portion of my house, they said they would remove no charge but they never came back.
They also conveniently did the work when I wasn't home, then stuck us for a hefty bill for a half a$$ed job. If you don't live in a new construction $400,000 home, don't bother calling them.

We had a great experience with Fairfield. They designed and installed a new landscaping job for us. We had several quotes from area landscaping companies and felt Fairfield was the best value for the money so we went with them. They were very knowledgeable, worked within our budget and we're really happy with the results. Highly recommend them!
