All of us at Laurel Hill Gardens strive to assist homeowners in realizing their landscape dreams. From seasonal purchases of plants at our Garden Center to a complete landscape overhaul carried out by our landscape professionals, We at Laurel Hill Gardens can turn your vision into reality. The Garden Center is a great place to visit from March through December for seasonal plant displays in containers. You can purchase our premade container gardens directly from the Garden Center or use them as a guide as you browse our inventory.

Since 1981, Laurel Hill Gardens has built a solid reputation for the design, building and preservation of classic residential landscapes. Located in the historic Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, The Garden Shop is the home gardener's resource for fine plant material, beautiful statuary and sound gardening information.
Our team of designers have decades worth of combined experience creating beautiful garden spaces in the Philadelphia area. We enjoy taking client's input and using our knowledge to create functional and aesthetically pleasing gardens. Projects of any size are welcome. If you need some professional landscape design assistance let us know.
If you have a project in mind feel free to contact us and we will assist in any way we can. Large boulders are used to create walls of great weight that can hold back the hillside between the house on the plateau and the pool below. Flats slabs of stone are laid atop each other to create a natural staircase connecting the various levels.
Our Garden Center, located at 8125 Germantown Ave in Philadelphia's Chestnut Hill neighborhood, has been a staple of the community for over two decades. We offer a multitude of plants during the growing season. Offering such a large variety, our customers are sure to find something that will grow well in their garden.

I never leave bad reviews but I'll never return to this place. My friend and I were here and MULTIPLE staff members looked at us nothing. No hello, how are you ladies doing, do you need anything. NOTHING! We are both black women and there was no one else shopping. It was very disheartening and it took us awhile to shake off the feeling. Never thought I'd have to leave a review like this in 2022.
