Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Moon was contracted for snow removal for our community. The very first snow storm, the crew walked off the job half finished. The association sent us an email explaining Moon's poor job performances was due to "personnel issues". It's gonna be a long winter I'm afraid.
