Brilliant Borders

Hands-down the best landscape company we've worked with. I am simply shocked at how responsive and professional they've been on multiple projects. They clearly understand the value of communication when working with customers. We had a rather large water drainage issue that required extensive work. They not only helped us think through the right technical approach for addressing the issue, but also connected us with the city of Urbandale to obtain a storm water grant to assist in funding the project.

In particular, we work with Jason Buckingham, who is incredibly responsive and helpful. At one point, he even hopped down in the hole to ensure we had a secure connection to the city drainage system. That's a committed sales person! I can't say enough good things about Brilliant Borders.

We recently had some concrete Landscape borders installed. The quality of work by the workers was impressive. They made sure everything looked great and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. It took them about 7 weeks before they were able to get to our project because they are so busy. With the quality of work they do, we now see why! It was well worth the wait. Highly recommended!

They have done several projects at my house and each one has turned out great. Pricing is fair and the craftsmanship exceeds expectations. One of the things I like best about this company is there are no surprises, everything is transparent and upfront, you know exactly what you're getting and they stand behind their work. Hired Brilliant Borders to replace a retaining wall and replace our plastic edging with the concrete edging. The sales guy was very informative and helped my wife and I pick out the color and pattern. It looks AMAZING! We love it. The guys that came and replaced our retaining wall were great as well. They worked hard and kept things cleaned up. Overall, we were very impressed with this company and it's employees. Would definitely hire them again.

Working with Brilliant Borders was extremely easy and was a very enjoyable process. Jason was great to work with regarding a quote and getting the work scheduled. The workers were also very efficient with their work. Would certainly recommend them and will use them for any future landscaping needs.

Brilliant Borders did a fantastic job transforming our backyard into a beautiful garden. They put in a double bordered patio with a beautiful retaining wall and steps. They then added their awesome colored cement border and filled it in with rock. It was quite a large project and they started while we were on vacation in Colorado. Travis (who will take very good care of you during the whole process) texted videos and pictures of the progress while we were away.

He is very personable and easy to get ahold of, unlike many other construction companies we have worked with in the past. The workers were very efficient and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We recommend this company wholeheartedly. Thank you so much Brilliant Borders!

Brilliant Borders preform both ongoing yard treatment for weeds/fertilization/etc. as well as a landscaping overhaul adding concrete borders plants, trees, rocks etc. Our yard has gone from a 1 to a 1 million. Love all the attention to detail and follow through on commitments. Brilliant Borders is way above any competitor in the market.

I don't typically take the time to write review, but in this case I felt that is was deserved. Brilliant Borders really gives you that small town business feel in getting great communication and personal service. While delivering amazing product and results in there work. I would recommend Brilliant Borders to anybody looking for a new landscape built or simply getting your lawn treated through the summer.

As a general contractor it is import to have subcontractors that do a great job in a timely manor at a great price. Brilliant Borders out preforms all other landscaping contractors. They do all of my landscaping jobs that I need done. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Love this company! It is locally owned. They do design to finish. We chose Brilliant Borders for their concrete edging and landscaping. We are so happy with the finished results! We were so happy with their work that we also now use them for lawn care, leaf removal and snow removal. I am telling you, these guys do it all. And because it is locally owned, you get to talk directly to the owner, LeRoy. He is very professional and fun to work with. I highly recommend Brilliant Borders.
