I am 74 years old and remodeled 2 houses, had a deck built and a huge patio, so I have had experience with contractors. This business came highly recommend and has been in business too long. My experience was horrible. I paid 5 figures for a safe walkway because of mobility problems. I got an unsafe mess. Accordin to an architect and a landscaper the drainage was not installed correctly so water puddles at the front of the porch and will be very dangerous come winter.
When I addressed this with Mr Cleveland he offered to dig a ditch at the foundation of my porch. You can see in the pictures that after four months the grout has not hardened and when it rains I can dig it out with a plastic spoon. It washes down the walk way and has cover the tiles with a gray power that will not wash off and when it is wet if you track it into the house it will not wash off because it hardens.
It has ruined my tile front porch. When it is thin it dries and creates a thin film which hardens almost immediately. He knew from the beginning I planned on a fence with a gate. I can't do that because the gate will not clear the ugly soppy retaining wall. When I addressed this he more or less ignored me. He tied to blame me because according to him I kept changing my mind.
In reality I changed it once early into the project. Whenever I asked about something he told why he couldn't do and offered no solution. He did not give his workers timely breaks (90 degrees, no shade) or constant lunch times. Often he would work them through lunch and leave the site an hour early. I bought water and kept it cold for them. I am going to have have to tear the whole thing out. He has refused to fix anything. Worst experience I ever had. DO NOT HIRE!
