Critical: Professionalism Expensive tree dead within short time. Won't respond to come look. Installed sprinklers that leak also. Service: Tree planting

After four short years, two of the three trees they planted are DEAD. So. I called an Arborist to my place, and he said that he immediately recognized Quality Hedge's poor work. He explained that the trees were planted too deep and with fabric and stones. "They're (Quality) just seeing how fast they can kill a tree." Plus, the pond they constructed for me is junk. DO NOT use this company. They don't know what they're doing, and they don't backup their work. Watch YouTube videos instead.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness I strongly advise that you NOT use this company for a system blow-out. They did mine last year, and four pipes completely cracked. Not only did they put in the system initially, they REFUSED to stand behind their work and replace the pipes.

Gave me a quote of $200 for tree removal this spring and a business card. Called and said they would work me in sometime. I called back in October, they got me in right away. Then drops off invoice after removal and scribbled over the previously entered$200 is $350. Plus $100 for the lift! Excuse.saying thought it was a trim even though invoice says"removal of aspens"! Oh and they broke 2 landscape light when removing trees!

The owner and crew of Quality Hedge & Tree did a phenomenal job removing a poplar from our yard. It was rotting at the bottom, hanging over power lines, and leaning toward neighbor's yards and garages. They cleaned up our yard afterward and even gave advice on trees that would be better suited for our landscaping. We will definitely use them again, if needed.

Quality Hedge did a safe and fast job cutting down a 60'+ poplar in my front yard that had limbs dangerously hanging over my house. The crew is highly professional and the owner is a pleasure to work with.

The owner got snarky when I called him for a small landscape job. I thought at first it was me, but when talking to a friend he had yelled at her the previous year. I would recommend to proceed with caution.
