Our first time here, they have a huge selection of pots and other planters, tons of plants of all shapes and sizes, trees and garden statuary. The staff seemed very friend and were helpful in getting our purchase out and into our vehicle. We will definitely be going back a lot! You might notice I was fixated on the statues. Bex time I'll take pictures of the plants too!

I purchased three ninebark summer wine bushes last July 26th and they were cut back a lot which concerned me. They said they had to cut them back because they were tired of watering them in the hot summer we had in 2021. They said to be assured they were fine and if not they have a one year warranty. From the time I planted them and took great care of them they got worse and lost most of there leaves and this year they only had a couple of branches on each that weren't dead.

I called them and was told to pull them and bring my receipt. I did that and picked three new bushes and the owner named Casey said my old dead ones were fine and that is how nine bark are in the spring. He obviously didn't know he was talking to a guy who had nine bark previously for thirty two years which may very well be longer than he's been alive.

I wasn't even offered a discount on my new purchase but was told to keep my receipt for they have a one year warranty. That was the only laugh I got today at plant not so perfect. Eric G

Honestly, such an amazing place to find plants! I was amazed at the variety of selection, and was able to find several new plant babies to bring some life to my home. Annika was warm and very helpful, and I felt comfortable asking questions about caring for the new plants. She also took the time to package the plants in boxes and bags, protecting them for the ride home. Highly recommend this very cool place!

I've been to Plant Perfect several times and have bought some items that I have been mostly satisfied with. I found the staff to be friendly and willing to help when sought out, but not particularly knowledgeable. I've gotten as much assistance from other customers as I have from the actual employees. The prices are pretty expensive (though not as ridiculous as Cashman's Nursery) so it's hard to justify buying much more than what's on the clearance rack. Speaking of the clearance rack, 50% off an $80 planter that is significantly damaged is still ridiculously over-priced. Unfortunately, these things mean that for me, Plant Perfect is much better used as a place to look around and pick up the occasional item. If money isn't an issue for you, you will likely be happy since they do have a wide selection to choose from.

Plant Perfect is beautiful. I honestly could live there. The variety of plants is over whelming for one visit unless you plan on spending the day. So many little hidden gems tucked in corners and hanging. Love it and prices are very resonable.

Wow, you want to experience joy sign up for a workshop at Plant Perfect. Pure joy, invite a loved one! We had such a good time decorating our trees and it feels good to know we can plant them on the spring of they are properly cared for. What a good time!

We have purchased plants every year from Plant Perfect since we moved here. We bought some expensive fountain grass from them this year for a planter we were putting out back. We bought 3 grass plants that were about 40.0 each. Two of the grasses turned brown and died within a couple of weeks in spite of watering them as instructed. The 3rd grass and the rest of the flowers in my planter are doing great, so it dosn't seem right that two would die.

We took a picture and brought it into the store to see what they could do to help us out. We were treated like we were trying to scam them and they could not have been more unhelpful or unsympathetic. We even talked to the owner who completely blew us off. I just wanted some help with the plants I had bought there, and if it was a problem with the plants, make it right and replace them.

If they had just said " oh bummer! I can't refund you, but can we help you troubleshoot this and find some other plants for your planter?" I probably would have bought even more plants from them. I won't ever be back there.

The plants are gorgeous and well taken care of! The staff is kind and will answer any questions I have. They go above and beyond for customers. The price is fair for the quality. I can't wait to shop here more and do my entire yard.

My fiance and I love this place I always find what we are looking for and I love the feel of the place when we look around. Great frie day staff to help as well! They have such beautiful plants and flowers

I have never been in a garden center where I have received less help them here. After wandering around the store for 15 minutes I finally found an employee who said she was going to go and find somebody to help me I waited another 10 minutes and she did not return. Luckily found another employee that was able to point me in the right direction. No I offered to help me out to the vehicle with all the plants that I had purchased.

The girl at the counter just stared at me until I realized that she was not going to touch anything in my cart. Oh when they were going to be getting in lemon grass. I have been calling daily and they said that they haven't gotten any in yet only to get to the store and be told that they had a ton of it last week and it all sold out. Horrible customer service.

Husband called ahead of time to see if they could load some top soil. They said it would be no problem just to call ahead of time to let them know when we'd be in. Called and let them know we'd be in about 20 minutes. When we got there they were still waiting on the person who'd be able to load the top soil which wasn't that big an issue I get it.

But then they told us that he'd only be able to provide us with 1/2 a yard of soil as he wouldn't stick around to do any other loads. Mind you we live 3 minutes away and this wouldn't have been an issue if they had set these expectations ahead of time. It gets better when we ask how much a yard of top soil would cost us he rang it up at over $60. We had called previously and they had quoted us around $30.

As we were waiting we had called two other places around town and the most expensive gave us a prices of $40 per yard of sifted top soil. I believe the soil place and plant perfect may be separate entities but the plant perfect staff helped us and they were very condescending and reluctant to help. I will admit we were also upset but given the circumstances I wasn't able to not be upset. Went somewhere else and had a more pleasant experience. I've never had issues with plant perfect before but this really made us feel great.

Usually have good experiences here. Today walked in 10 minutes after closing, doors were still open people still shopping. I was stopped and little lady about 55 years old was very rude and nasty. This was on 5-21-20. I expressed i just needed one thing and I know where it's at. She very rudely turned me away. I understand if closed but for the nasty attack makes me want to shop somewhere else for all of my plants and trees. Good place nasty employee.

What an excellent experience with Plant Perfect especially Mitch Becker. Everything from the design to installation and advise about care after the install. I will say they meet or exceeded every deadline set for the project including a running change we wanted. Highly recommend this company and especially Mitch. Thanks for the great Job

Plant Perfect is THE place in Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding areas to get quality plants. Their shrubs and trees are hardy, and the selection is the best! They have our area's largest selection of outdoor ornamental objects for poolside, patio, or garden. The only place I'll shop for my flowers. You get what you pay for.

Not why the gal can't find my name in their system I spent more than $300 there last year and another $70 today.not sure if I will ever get credit for it on the card they supply.at any rate the gal must be having a bad day a simple Thank You from her would have been apreichiated!
