Grubs show up for one reason. To eat and destroy your grass. As expected, this can leave your grass to be very bare, and if untreated will only get worse. If your soil does not contain the proper nutrients, your lawn will not grow as full or as green as it should. Adjusting this pH with lime applications will assist in the well-being of your yard.

I wound not recommend this company at all. I called on a Monday made appointment for a service call repair on my sprinkler system. Wednesday comes around i call back make another appointment and Rebecca was supposed to call me and nothing again later that day. Thursday I waited all day and nothing. So i decide to call back its now 345pm Rebecca answers again and tells me we only show you call once. I said nevermind if you don't want to do a job then speak up the time when i call. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL THE WHOLE COMPANY

Your representative came out to my home was here less than five minutes turned on the water and informed me that my backflow valve was no good and that he could not perform any service until it was replaced. I asked him how much the valve would cost, he told me he had to turn it into the office and get back to me on the cost. Last Thursday I opened the Valve and realize right away that the diaphragm and the spring was cocked to one side.
I removed the retainer bar reseated the diaphragm and the spring, replace the retainer bar, close the valve and it worked like a charm. I manually turned on the sprinklers and ran all the zones everything checked out just fine. Jonny Nichols insist that I still owe them a service fee. First the valve could have been repaired not replace (parts / replace about $180, repair about $45). second the technician could have done what i did, seeing as how he was supposed to be on the clock. third a policy of replacing over repairing is just another way of charging people more money. Stop ripping people off do a honest days work for a honest price.

They hire absolutely obnoxious flyer people. I am so tired of having D-bags freak out my dogs (and me if I think it's a deterred burglar until I see that stupid flyer on my door) by walking through my yard and on my plants to leave a flyer on my door that I end up throwing away. KNOCK IT OFF! Find less obnoxious ways to advertise. Or if you're going to flyer neighborhoods, instruct your employees to be courteous enough to use sidewalks instead of walking through people's yards and on their lawn. I will never use this service because the people I have encountered are AWFUL.
