Sept 2021 my husband stopped in to Morin's physical location at 301 Depot Road, Hollis NH; to see if he could purchase hay bales. The young lady at the front desk quizzed him asking if he was a contractor or had an account with Morin's. We are homeowners and did not. She told my husband they only deal with landscapers. Thankfully, another lady came out and told us where we could find some.

The first young lady decided to completely ignore my husband. Not the greatest experience but. okay, maybe someone was having a bad day! Fast forward to today 5/4/2022 at 12:52pm. I called to inquire about giving a gift of a "Spring Clean Up Service" to a family member, who has a medical condition and unable to care for their lawn at the moment. I wanted to pay for a spring clean up to my relative, who lives right around the corner.

The young lady that answered the phone and first asked if I was a customer. After explaining I was not and the situation, she said it was a very nice thing I was doing, but, they do not do one off services. They only do Spring Clean Up with a seasonal contract. I understand business. I am a businesswoman. This is NOT GOOD BUSINESS. To be honest we may have actually gifted lawn service for the entire season too.

But the conversation with the young lady who answered the phone at Morin's ended very quickly. She was not interested in any further discussion. We are from out of town and drive by Morin's every time we go to my relative's home. Now, we will look at Morin's in a different light and surely tell everyone we know about this negative experience. We luckily found a great landscaper who would happily help us out! They will be getting our business instead! No thanks to Morin's Landscaping!

I had a perfectly good experience with the technician who winterized our irrigation, the price was reasonable and I was notified when the time was changed. I do wish Morin's had an online portal for payment or accepted credit cards, that would be my only feedback.

Absolutely the best. Attention to detail and very skilled. Couldn't be happier with their work and expertise.

Beyond professional and amazing landscaping. Saw them harassed and they still kept composure and kept it professional which is a hard thing to do! Definitely recommend them for all your landscaping needs!

Barry is the most accommodating sales person I've ever dealt with when purchasing yard materials. He goes above and beyond expectations for all your soil and aggregate purchases. He's willing to work beyond hours to accommodate your schedule for all material pick-up.

I only wish this company was in Florida. Thank you for being so professional and continuing to work when you had a crazy lady yelling at all of you. The job looked great!

I hired Morin's who just completed work around my whole house. I can t say enough about how positive my experience has been. Kevin and his crew, Don Matt and Don were so easy to work with and do such good work. I will only work with this company in the future. My son in Bloomington was amazed at how reasonable the price is. They all stressed they want the customer to be happy. I now have low maintenance landscaping as I requested. THANK YOU Morin's!!

We had an old large stone wall in front of the house. Since we built our home 27 years ago, the wall has been covered in vines, weeds and scrub. Early this past summer, we cleared away the scrub so that the wall was visible. The wall had fallen in some areas. So we had Morin’s come in to rebuild parts of the old wall and to landscape the areas on both sides of the wall.

They finished hydro seeding this morning and the area looks wonderful. We are very pleased with the work. Morin’s crew worked hard and were very thorough. In addition, all of their crew members were gracious and professional. We would highly recommend Morin’s.

This company is the best and should be the one you call for your landscaping needs. I saw there work in downtown Nashua and it just looks beautiful, thank you so much for your hard work and keep up the good work!

Well put together, continues to work while being senselessly attacked by someone spewing hate! You keep doing you and don’t settle for an apology. Make them take action, your men were just out there innocently working and she decided to interrupt. Just as you kept quiet then, don’t keep quiet now! Stand up, for yourselves, children, and fellow Spanish and other language Americans !

Morin's landscaping takes on far too many snow removal contracts giving all of their customers subpar services. Glasgow circle in Hudson nh, driveways always end up a sheet of ice every single storm. Due to the fact that after the storm is completed somebody finally comes out and rushes to try to get all of the driveways done as fast as possible leaving them unsafe for the senior citizens who live there.better off hiring a real professional who does not neglect customers to make more money!

We have put our house on sale and a photographer was going to take pictures inside and outside of our home. I can't say enough about Nick Morin who came out and did the lawn so it was picture perfect ready. He does such a great job and I would most definitely recommend him. He's a really nice person and cares about the work that he does. Bravo to the Morin's and especially Nick.

Absolutely terrible snow removal service they have had the contract for a couple of years and no matter how many times they send someone out to go over the services needed they do it wrong EVERY TIME to the point where it would be less work for me if they didn’t come at all

Their plow service is terrible. They maintain Kessler Farms and do not plow until the end of the storm. They barely salt the roads. No vehicles have been parked in front of our condo for 6 hours and they could not do a pass through. This forces us to shovel ourselves. I can't believe our hoa fees fund this.

As I said in a previous review, a lot of the work they've done is outstanding and is spot-on. When you're working with a landscape company, there are lots of specialties - irrigation is different than landscape design which is different than maintenance, so there are a lot of moving parts. I've had occasion where some things seemed to fall through the cracks but the company does focus on getting things right.

When I had commented about Morin's being a bit uneven and challenging to contact, I hadn't realized that they are careful to not have their field folks using their cell phones while they're with other customers - so kudos for that, it's a conscious decision about customer service. They are significantly better than the last two companies I have used, and their folks are very knowledgeable. As I said there are a lot of moving parts - with Morin's you're not hiring one guy who does everything, you're hiring a company with specialists in each area.

Morin's has been our landscaping crew at Kessler Farms Condos for numerous years. In the winter, they are very diligent at getting our roadways passable and taking care of our driveways and walkways. In the other three months, they do a *wonderful* job with the flower beds, mowing, and other assorted landscaping activities. So very glad the Condo Association has you for taking care of us!
