When he came to quote the job he never gave me a quote. Chris Lainier informed me that he generally charges whatever he wants because most of his clients don't care what the cost is. At the end of the day, he and his crew caused just as much destruction as they repaired. He could not locate all of the valves for the irrigation system even though his company had put the system in.

When he and his crew left my irrigation system's alarm was still going off and the system would not operate through a full cycle. I never received a follow up other than a bill even though the system was never completely repaired. I attempted to contact his office multiple times to complete the job and speak about the bill, however I never received a call back, but received another invoice. I repaired his mistakes myself by purchasing Rainbird products through Lowes for a fraction of the cost.

My momma always said that if you didn't have anything nice to say about someone, don't say anything at all. So here's my review of Lanier Landscaping: they did replace $1000 of dead sod they laid- after telling us to water it twice daily for 2 wks to no avail. After replacing it, we were told "we don't guarantee sod", whereupon my wife replied "well we don't guarantee you'll be paid".

That was the good. The bad: horribly overpriced. They were supposed to grade back yard to drain water away from the house and down the side yard. Instead, we now have a lake in the middle of the back yard when it rains. Not to mention taking out our fence which took 2+ months to repair.

Neighbors are currently using them and showed up to my house with their equipment in my yard

Chris Lanier is extremely professional. My first impression when he quoted an irrigation system was that he is extremely knowledgeable. Chris and his crew did a sod renovation of my lawn this summer and i don't think it could be much better. The best thing about Chris was that I was not able to be on site during the sod install, and therefore was unsure as to how many pallets were actually used.

When I asked through email, Chris was quick to respond, has INTEGRITY and was HONEST about how many pallets he didn't use and didn't charge me for something I didn't get. Honest work is hard to come by these days. If you need lawn, landscape or hardscape reno, Chris Lanier and his team from Lanier Lawn and Landscape are the best you will find in Clarksville and aurrounding areas.

Pays his workers peanuts and wonders why there is such a high turnover of employment.

Chris Lanier of Lanier Lawn & Landscaping is professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgable. We've used Chris at our Church on numerous occasions. Whenever we need our parking lot, entrances, and sidewalks cleared of snow and ice Chris and his crew always does a thorough job. We never cancel church services and trust Chris to provide our members and visitors with a safe place to worship. Would highly recommend Chris to anyone Brent Nussbaumer

Lanier was the only irrigation company that kept the date and time they said they would come. I called 6 irrigation companies! All giving a time and date they would come. I was very happy with the job they did : highly recommended
