Hardscaping adds texture, dimension and curb appeal to your outdoor space. We can install hardscape elements such as, patios, walkways and retaining walls, stacked and stone walls, and more. We are certified pavers installer by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute.

Rouchard Landscapes is owned and operated by Phil Rouchard. Phil was born and raised in Eldersburg, Maryland and now resides with his wife and children in Woodbine. He is graduate of Rutgers University Turf Management. He worked as an assistant golf course superintendent for five years before venturing out and using his skills & experience to open this company. He is licensed by the Maryland Department of Agriculture. He is also a certified paver installer by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute and a certified low voltage landscape lighting installer by Cast Lighting. Rouchard Landscapes is a member of the South Carroll Business Association and the Mt. Airy Chamber of Commerce.
