Jim Spencer is a professional and Florida certified landscape designer. His design skills enable him to create a landscape for your property that will be imaginative, functional, and creative. You, the property owner, can be involved with his design methods as much or as little as you choose. Whether you choose an extensive Master Plan or a simple On-Site Sketch, the final plan and cost estimate will be provided for your approval prior to the start of any work. Subsequent changes to the plan will require an adjustment to the cost estimate. All changes to the cost estimate will also be provided for your approval before the changes are implemented.
