I was so bummed after we just had new pavers installed and then they resurfaced our road which meant TAR! Tanya in the office was so patient with me and helped me understand the process. The office was responsive and quick to get me on the schedule. Carlos with American Maitenance Professionals did fantastic work and was a joy to meet. He worked hard and communicated the process well.
This was my first time ever having my driveway power washed and cleaned and I'm so glad I used them. This time it was because of the tar, but I'm going put it on my calendar for routine home care!

Incredible customer service! AZ Power Wash Pros are exactly that, Pros! Not only were they extremely responsive and able to fit me into their schedule right away but Manny and Carlos did an outstanding job! They should change their name to Buzz Lightyear because they went "To Infinity and Beyond"! My house looks like it just got painted! Definitely will call them again in the future! After leaving messages with other providers and getting no response I wondered if we'd ever find someone to clean our windows and pressure wash the exterior. American Maintenance responded to us almost immediately. They arrived on time the next day and did a beautiful job with everything. The windows sparkle. There is something cheerful about clean windows.
The park model is shiny and clean. Prices were very reasonable. They had planned to clean the gutters as well but showed us we have small gutter openings that will require a spoon to clean them or a gutter specialist. They gave us the name of a gutter specialist to contact. Very professional and helpful. Will use them again.

We had our driveway and our outside house power washed last week and also our windows cleaned as well s the screens of the windows. The guys did a fantastic job, The house looks like it has been repainted and the driveway is finally free of the dark stains. I was shown videos of the dirt coming down the walls as they were pressure washing, also on the driveway as they were doing it.
Very thorough job! They were on time and very professional, we are very pleased with the result. The service is great and the cost very fair. Tanya at the office was very responsive on the phone and by text, everything went smoothly and I highly recommend them for all your power wash needs.

Manny did a great job power washing my back patio, pool deck, and getting a bad chemical stain lifted from the concrete outside. He was friendly, timely, and did a thorough job. He pointed out the risk of power washing a couple things and sought my approval before I gave him the go ahead to do it anyway, which I really appreciated. Other companies seemed very afraid of this stain that hardened on my concrete and prompted me to reach out, and Manny got it up within minutes.
They were so easy to work with, very timely, sent me a proposal and had a fair price. Did I mention they were also available same day? Will definitely hire them again. Thanks Manny and AZ Power Wash Pros!

Our front entry courtyard was heavily stained with thin set and paint overspray. My remodeling company brought a firm in to power wash the courtyard. Like many of his sub-contractors, they were unlicensed and their result was sub-standard. I contacted AZ Power Wash Pros. They responded quickly and had a plan to clean the courtyard. Their result was amazing. The pavers looked like new. A great experience with AZ Power Wash Pros.

Found this company on Yelp last Thursday. Sent a couple pictures of the special garage floor that needed a deep cleaning as well as the driveway and walkway to the house. Fast response and quote in by Friday. Monday by 10:30 am completed the job! Amazingly professional and results speak for themselves in the pictures. Wow! This company is totally hardworking, punctual, and professional! Daniel was able to get rid of the stains and rust on the floor and Carlos helped out while shortly after, they finished the other goal inside the house. They were very punctual and provided outstanding customer service. I definitely recommend this company for any type of power washing!

Hello, I went through a vendor prior to using AZ Power Wash Pros. And I want to say that these guys did an excellent job vs. The first cleaners. The first vendor was charging alot to clean a water stained cement driveway, too high in price but me being so close to closing my house, I desperately needed to clear this escrow violation. The job they did was poor and said my driveway is damaged and no one can do a better job. AZ Power Wash pros came in, charged a better price, lower than my first vendor and sealed the deal with their exceptional skills and I would highly recommend them should you need their services.
My driveway is looking brand new! The phone rep. Tanya is very friendly, flexible to meet each guest needs whereas being in a timely matter or asap. Overall, these guys are definitely 5/5!

AZ PowerWash Pros are exactly that. Professionals! The customer service is above and beyond. Our sign out front of our office was in bad shape with lots of build up. They did a great job, but we were concerned about a couple tiles that appeared to need more help.without hesitation when we asked for someone to just come out and try one more time.they sent Carlos back within a couple days.
After his attempt the tiles seemed the same and appears that the flaws are probably within the tile itself after many years of build up. Either way they did what they could to make their customer happy. I will defiantly be recommending this company!

*** Update *** AZ Power Wash Pros reached out to my husband and I promptly after reading my first review. They wanted to resolve this matter and offered to clean our driveway again or to issue a refund. They wanted to know how they could make things right. Because they were willing to correct the situation and our satisfaction was important to them, I am changing my review.
I also offered some suggestions that I thought would be helpful for the future of their business. In my opinion, customer service is just as important as the service provided. I would recommend giving them a chance, since you have nothing to lose if you are not satisfied. In my book, that is good business.

1st time homeowner and when we first moved in we immediately were notified by our HOA to remove a huge oil stain. For 6 months we tired so many products but the stain was set into the concrete. We took a chance on this company- they were very friendly and quick to set up an appointment for the very next day. Albert was awesome! He came promptly, answered all my questions and made suggestions to maintain the driveway.
The main stain isn't completely gone because it was there long before we moved in and you will see it more while wet but it looks a 100x better. Just in case you want to know they use a 3500 psi power washer which is about $400-500.

They came out 2x to strip old surface off our pool to get it ready for sale and then to reseal it with a nice shine so we can sell it. Horrible experience with a horrible company. The decking looks horrible and they completely stripped all the texture off our Kiva fireplace and BBQ island. Horrible.
