Services & our 12 Month Maintenance Program
Report
List of Yearly Services offered in the 12 Month Maintenance Program: MOWING: All turf/ lawn areas will be mowed weekly during the months of April through November (weather permitting) . During the months of December through March turf areas will be mowed as needed.
EDGING: All sidewalks, driveways, curbing, flower beds and tree rings shall be edged at the time of each mowing.
BLOWING: All curbing, sidewalks, and driveways shall be blown after each mowing.
TRASH: All trash and debris will be removed from the property before mowing.
MULCH: Flower beds and tree rings will be mulched ONE time during the contract term. Your choice of mulch includes brown-dyed, red-dyed, cedar and double-shredded hardwood. (Cost of mulch is billed separately)
WEED CONTROL: Will be controlled as follows: Weeds larger than 3 inches will be hand-pulled. Weeds smaller than 3 inches will be sprayed. Kill and remove all weeds in gaps/ cracks of sidewalks, driveways and parking lots.
PRUNING: All shrubs will be pruned as needed to maintain a neat and manicured appearance. Trees under 20 feet are included in contract.
LEAF REMOVAL: Driveways, parking lots, beds and surrounding turf areas.
PALM TREE MAINTENANCE: Browned fronds and seeds will be removed. Palms will be fertilized 3 times during the growing season.
SPRING/ FALL CLEAN UP: Cutting back perennials, trench beds, clean beds in preparation for mulch.
ANNUAL PLANTINGS: Seasonal plantings installed 2 times per year.

Landscape Virginia is great! Angie was easy to work with and very friendly. They showed up early, and worked hard which is sometimes not easy to find. There was some weather issues the first day they started, but once that cleared up they were back the next day and finished the job. Very professional. A very positive experience!
