Poor first impressions. Had to chase them down to come out for a bid. Was promised they would be out two weeks ago and they were a no show. Despite multiple calls and messages, recieved no call back. I am sure they are busy but this is never an excuse for failing at basic customer service. Will take my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I am very pleased with the services I have contracted with Cru Cutters. It is especially convenient to have a company that really "does it all" vs having one company do mowing, a second company do mosquito control, etc. It is also nice to see a lot of the same people year to year - I think this reflects well on how Cru Cutter treats their employees. Cru Cutters may have a higher cost but I think one does get what they pay for in terms of the quality of their effort and attention to detail.

I had extensive grading and leveling of my entire backyard. I couldn't have dreamed a better result. The crew was on time, professional, worked their butts off, and polite. They explained everything they did and made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing. They even cleaned the neighbor's driveway as it got a little dirty (The neighbor's driveway was the safest way to bring the equipment to my backyard). Will absolutely use Cru Cutters again! Contacted Beaumont Building Group to propose a pool project. They own Cru Cutters and Kramer Pools. This was, at the onset, a relief as it was thought they would all collaborate and get this done quickly. After an initial visit, it took several emails to get an individual out to survey our property out a month later. Another month passes and more "have it soon" emails.
Another month passes and I get an email from the COO stating "your project is too difficult for our company". In a gaff on a reply, the COO copied me instead of another internal member who sent the following: "Sorry fellas. Everyone involved felt this was a bad job for us- didn't see the point in stringing him along any longer than we already have.
We have a ****(edited out bad word) ton of work in the pipeline and are weeks behind on estimates/drawings- didn't see the point in wasting more time on this one." I wasn't asking for the much, a 20*38' pool. I suggest anyone considering them to run, not walk, away.

Just had new trees and bed completed at my house and I would HIGHLY recommend them! We live on a cul-de-sac and the workers had the courtesy to park their trailers and trucks legally up the street and walk down to our house which is actually a big deal to us not to disturb our neighbors. They also cleaned the dirt and mulch off the street and sidewalk everyday before they left and left my yard and the street cleaner than it was before they got there. Very PROFESSIONAL and my yard looks amazing!!

I hired Cru Cutters to repair half of my back yard. I spent 8+ hours of my time cleaning up their work and they still are demanding I pay for this horrible job. They put on their tickets they worked 14 hours, when in reality, they spent 2-1/2 hours (because they even came out twice because of the terrible job they did the first time). We even had to buy more dirt after cleaning up all the leaves and debris that was left and now I get to pay a company for work that I did. Run don't walk away from this company! So terribly disappointed!

Cru Cutters has done weed/feed on my lawn for years, but this time I decided to have them install a retaining wall next to my driveway to replace the existing one. The wall started at ground level and extended as high as 7 feet tall. They were very professional, on time and got the job done better than expected. I highly recommend Cru Cutters for small or large landscaping projects in the Greater Cincinnati area.
