More than 14 years of experience in landscape architecture, urban design, land development planning and residential design. Design and planning experience in residential, commercial, mixed use, active adult, transit oriented design, traditional neighborhood design, public spaces, streetscapes and recreational projects as well as comprehensive planning for municipalities. Has offered site planning and design experience for more than 6,000 acres of land. Managed residential development projects for sites of 2 acres and 35 units up to 1,200 acres with 4,000 units. Skilled in commercial planning for individual outlot planning, commercial center design, lifestyle centers, and urban commercial design. Experienced in urban design, streets capes, downtown redevelopment/master planning, public parks/plazas, corridor beautification studies, signage design, and bridge enhancements.
