I am an HOA Manager with multiple communities across Oregon. I have had the pleasure to work with Alex Simpson on a couple of my communities. Alex is always responsive and is quick to follow through on requests. Thank you Alex for being so wonderful to work with!

David Been at Landscape East and West is the BEST! He is the guy to have handle your irrigation needs at Landscape East & West. He does it all, from backflow testing, to winterizing and turn on in the spring, to diagnosing and repairing issues with the system. And the best part is how pleasant, professional, and easy he is to work with! He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions and made sure it was all working great! Kudo's to David for being such a credit to his industry!

No respect for your property. They will do anything to hurry through a job. Look elsewhere for landscaping services.

First thing they asked was if I would be willing to spend at least $15,000. After I told them probably not, they said they would have someone from their "small project" unit contact me. The "small project" unit contacted me and said they were too full and to check back with them in 6-8 weeks if I was still interested. Understand they are probably busy, but this experience was poor.

The team was excellent and the quality of the work was better than I thought possible in such a short time frame. There were some start time adjustments but we were informed regularly and once the work started it was smooth sailing. The crew were professional and nice people. What was once a huge lawn is now a beautiful combination of hardscape and low-water plants. Love it! We would not only recommend them but plan to use them each year for a cleanup.

Ryan evaluated our old landscape lighting system, gave us a bid, did the work in short order and did the work well. As usual, we are highly pleased with Landscape East & West. After the lighting work, concrete contractor damaged irrigation. Steve came out himself to help, and then Bernie came to check out why the system didn't work correctly. He is very capable, figured out the issues and fixed them and made additional suggestions. I decided to have him update a drip zone based on his work today.

It was such a pleasure working with Landscape East & West. They were super attentive to our needs and kept us up to date on the project. Bryan and his team are awesome and went above and beyond to meet our needs for our space! Well done!

We decided to install a sprinkler system and since we have had Landscape East and West complete other projects for which we were very pleased, I contacted Lee. He came over, we walked around the yard, discussed what my ideas were, he added his thoughts and I decided to add a few other projects. We now have a wonderful watering system, a yard that has been revived with thatching and munching, a parking strip that now has lovely pavers and a much needed hose bib at the back of the garden.

As always the work was thorough, and Spencer the project manager was easy to work with as was Lee who always has an eye on the progress and is easily in contact. We were very happy with the end result. Also, each evening as the crew was leaving they cleaned everything up, tools stowed, hard surfaces cleaned off, and everything put away for the next days work. We are very happy.

Bernie Jacuinde came back to f/u on revising one of the drip zones in our yard. He did a great job earlier on fixing problems created by our concrete contractor, and I was again impressed with his expertise and hard work. He came a little late in the day but stayed until he finished. His work was a vast improvement over the system installed by the previous homeowner's landscape service. When we lived on the west side of town, we often had David, who was also great. Now, I hope we will have Bernie whenever there is a problem.

Brandon's knowledge, vision, and professionalism set the tone for the entire project. Everything (information, materials, communication) was delivered thoughtfully, and as promised. We were always "in the know." The skill and efficiency of this team was outstanding. They can handle any situation as they have the skills and equipment to get things done quickly and correctly.

Our neighbor's were really impressed with what they saw in the transformation of our yard, and many approached us to ask if we'd recommend this company. I would, and do.with five stars.

Brandon did an excellent job of listening to what we were looking for. He came up with a design plan and estimate that met our goals. Rick and crew were very conscientious and through. They started on time and stayed on schedule throughout the job. The neighbors complemented how nice the crew was and the overall result. I was hesitant to pay a retainer up front but in the end it worked out very well. We also had them add on items that weren't in our initial design. They have a good change order system. Overall we were very pleased with the job.

We had water leaking into our basement because of poor drainage. Bryan came out right away and discussed the problem and made suggestions for how to fix it. We agreed on a plan and he wrote it up. I was pleased with the sales interaction because it didn't feel like "sales" but like an effort to find the best way to solve a problem. The super amazing part was the team that came out to do the actual work. Ryan and Jose were super nice and friendly, and always seemed to be genuinely smiling.

At the end of the first day they hit a snag: there were multiple *massive* tree roots in our planned path. I was concerned, but they just suggested an alternate plan (which I actually liked even better) and didn't complain that it meant trenching further than expected. The planned work ended up being done just beautifully, and we can already see how well the new drainage is working.

But what really blew me away was the "above and beyond" work that they did. I had some random rocks lying around, that I hadn't decided what to do with, and after asking permission, Ryan built them into my existing landscape! It looks so much better! The drainage exit, which I had thought would just be a pipe end, they built into a lovely little rocky exit that looks more like a garden fountain than a drainage pipe.

They also hauled away a significant amount of green waste that I had cut down but which didn't fit well into my bin. They just tossed it all into their truck and said "no problem!" Finally, they used the remains of my mulch pile to cover every bit of dirt/mud around the pipeline (and beyond). I was expecting a drainage solution, and I got a good one. But I also got a mini yard makeover in the bargain! Ryan and Jose clearly love their work, and it shows. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Able and Steph were informed, careful, communicate, detail-oriented, and hard-working. Rick and Lee were both very accommodating and incredibly thorough. I felt in good hands every stope of the way. Thanks Landscape East and West.

Quote was 3x of the other two I got for redoing our backyard. I was told this was the "full bells and whistles" quote and we could go down from there. However, despite a call and a few emails, I received no response on what we could do to trim cost.

I've used Landscape East and west to locate supply valves for my irrigation system and they were very efficient. They found the valves in a short period of time and marked them for me. Landscape East & West has helped us with our Sprinkler System, Drainage, pruining our Fruit Trees and spraying. They have always been great about calling ahead to make sure the dog is not in the way and then always follow up after to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Their billing system has been spot on with the quotes they have given us. I highly recommend using them and would recommend talking to Kirk if available!

We are extremely well-pleased with the landscape work done by Landscape East & West. Alex came to talk with us about our ideas, and he carefully worked with us to prepare a plan for the work. The crew of workers led by Martin were very nice people, and they did the work with the greatest of skill and care. Our plan was for them to remove a lot of excess soil and prepare the yard for us to plant grass. They executed the plan with just as we had hoped, and it looks great! I highly recommend them. We are very, very happy with their work.

Our experience with Landscape East and West was first class. We worked with Cindy and were very impressed by her attention to detail and prompt response to all of our questions. The project ran smoothly and was finished ahead of schedule. We were very pleased during every step of the remodel project.
