They agreed to clean my gutters and mow my lawn. They failed to clean the gutters and lied to me about doing the job. I waited a month and the gutters were still not cleaned. They don't answer the phone and when I left message they never called me back. When they mowed my lawn they picked up sticks and limbs and threw them in my driveway and left them there.
They didn't cut the very back part of my yard where there was a little hill and flower bed. My neighbor called me and told me that my lawn was not being cut. When I called Rob he hung up on me. I'm looking for someone else to cut my grass now. Very poor customer service.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They cannot own up to mistakes. It's always the customers fault.? I posted the photos on the Yelp app of the terrible way our lawn was left. Please check them out before choosing this place to do your lawn. They do not respond to any phone calls, left our lawn with grass clippings everywhere, & mowed our lawn when it was wet. Horrible.
They did not do weed maintenance as they said they would. The people are so very, rude. This company responded to my review yet would not respond via phone or text. Completely unprofessional. I have never dealt with this kind of customer service in my life. I can see I am not the only one with this issue.

One star, only because 0 isn't an option! Paid for 4 mows, received 2. They skipped a week due to weather, didn't receive our payment, so skipped another week without letting us know they didn't receive it. Actually got a hold of them after a week! Paid via pay pal, they came and "double cut" (since they missed 2 weeks), so felt that counted as 2 mows (according to them), broke my fence door, and never came back for the 3rd or 4th mow. Called and e-mailed, they wouldn't respond or answer, finally got a response when I filed a dispute with pay pal. Rude and unprofessional.

I am going to be completely fair and impartial here, and admit my own faults also on billing. I started having this company mow my yard back in late April. Everything started out ok, although whoever I spoke with over the phone after using thumbtack, was pretty bad with customer service. His exact words when I asked if it could be done every two weeks or should it be weekly were: "Well we can try every two weeks, but if it doesn't look good we just are not going to mess with it" (should have been my first red flag he was difficult to deal with).
So next thing is my neighbor says my fence boards are broken by the gate, I looked and sure enough they were. I let it go due to plans I had of painting and redoing a few areas on the fence anyway. SO now the beginning of the problems, my wife and I went on vacation, and forgot to pay the bill, but paid it right when we got back, so everything was good.
Well we received another bill for the following month, which was fine, it got misplaced and I assumed It had been paid. To be fair we had a rain issue and our day got rescheduled, the person on the phone, I assume owner, said well we will try to get out on Monday we are out of town through the weekend. I said ok sounds good, then I find out today the bill hadn't been paid (only 3 business days late I will say it was due 6/30) Long story short here he made some snarky comments by text, and seems to be elusive on the phone.
I had planned on continuing the service as usual, but now in lieu of his awful customer service skills and lack of flexibility, since most normal residential service companies at least work by net 30, I told him not to come back, but that I would pay him for his work as is right. I can tell you I run the sales end of the business at a large company, and if we treated our customers this way or lacked in customer service skills and flexibility, we wouldn't be in business too long.
You can make your own decision on using them, looks like they have some good reviews and bad ones on google, probably lacking consistency! -Addition since the owner responded: First: The first bill was for 4 weeks (was paid within a week of the date, when we returned from vacation) second bill was 6 weeks, the owner is "misleading" he chose to bill for 6 weeks not me.
If a bill is due on 6/30, it makes no difference if it is for 2,3,4,5, or 6 weeks, it is a bill. You create the billing process for your company, don't blame your time frame on your customers and say "it's misleading" it is a fact sir. Second: Fence is still broke, no apology or acknowledgment of fault, so it is what it is. Third: "Lack of payment" is misleading I stated numerous times I wanted to pay you in person or one of your guys this week, so we could continue the mowing ongoing, instead of me waiting to mail it, which would take a couple days, (you should want to do that, as you are all about due dates) I had every intention of continuing business with you, you made the choice to misread what I said and then say, this will be the last time we come out, just because you are upset that I didn't pay you for "6 weeks" when you dated due date of 6/30.
I already acknowledged I missed paying and planned to pay 3 days late. You have no flexibility, and you chose words that come off as arrogant, maybe not all see it that way, but I do.

Called on a Wednesday afternoon to see if someone could come out for a quote on cutting grass and trimming some bushes. The guy claimed he'd come by the next day in between 9- and noon to look and shoot me a quote. It's now 3:00 PM and no one ever showed up. Plus all the guy did over the phone was take my address so he doesn't even know my phone number and name since he didn't seem to care. So if that's what you want try them out. I will be going elsewhere.
