Nevada Tree Service preformed per our agreement. They went above and beyond what was expected. They came to the site to organize the day before the work was done., making sure there were no issues. The crew and crane arrived at the agreed start time. Within 4 hours they were cleaned up and off site. Great company! This is the 2nd time we have used them. I highly recommend them.

This is by far the best palm pruning and dead palm removal service I have had so far. I have tried 3 other companies over the years and this one wins hands down. The lady on the phones was so helpful and kept me in the loop regarding time and day. The guys showed up on time (0700) and were very thorough and quick. I have 11 huge tall palms and all were trimmed wonderfully, they cut down a dead one and hauled it off too. The clean up was ok, and they did everything I wanted.i would totally recommend this service to anyone looking to have their palms trimmed.

They did a good enough job. I went with their recommendation for which trees to remove and the one left looks scrapy now. I didn't like that they forgot to leave me some wood for the fireplace. The guys arrived on time and were amazing! The palm tree looks better than ever. The dead trees were removed very quickly and the stumps were ground down so that they will not be a tripping issue. The positive experience with Nevada Tree Service began with three friendly office manager who scheduled a review of our needs. Their site inspector reviewed our needs, listened to what we wanted done and and made recommendations. The team from Nevada Tree Service arrived on time and ready to work. The r=tree looks great all the debris was carried away and the ground around the tree was cleaned and raked. We are very pleased with the performance of the entire team at Nevada Tree Service.

I found Nevada Tree Service from one of my local Facebook group pages. I called and got a free estimate set up. John (arborist) came out to my place as arranged and we discussed my 5 year old Chilean Mesquite in my front yard that was overgrown and heavy. John was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, even gave me advice on a couple other shrubs in the front yard.

I gathered two more quotes and NV Tree Service was in line with the others. Since John took the time to come out and meet me and converse with me - and the other two quotes happened only over text - I decided to go with Nevada Tree Service and I am so glad I did. Frank called to set up a time for the job and right as arranged, the truck/chipper and team of 4 strong men showed up and immediately got to work.

They took care of my tree exactly as I had envisioned and as I had discussed with John. They cleaned up as also discussed. The only evidence that a crew was at my house is just my beautifully trimmed and pruned tree! I will absolutely use NV Tree Service for the future and would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to them. A job well done!

The team arrived at the time I was told. They were very professional and worked very quickly. At every phase of the process things were done in a timely and Professional manner from setting the appointment for estimating to John showing up for the estimate, to setting time for the work to be done, to the crew showing up to do the removals it met every bit of my expectation. I will definitely recommend Nevada Tree any opportunity I have.

Called to have a bid on trimming a large pine. The young lady who answers the phone is super nice, however she told me that a John, would come out tomorrow between 2-5. So I took off of work, waited till 5:15, things happen so I thought well he will just be a little late. Nope he wasn't coming at all! Got stuck on another job, which I get, but no one had the courtesy to call and let me know or even say can they come later.

They asked me if he could reschedule to another day! I guess my time doesn't count! As I started to go through the reviews, John and the crew seem to have courtesy issues, not the first no show. I work in a super public environment, you can bet they will not get a good word from me. Sorry people's time is valuable!

Do not try to use this company! schedule appt to remove 2 trees and no show. frank called and "apologized" but he was doing me a favor by scheduling me for wednesday when his crew was in the area. i don't think a no show and me taking part of day off is a favor. then he calls me (maybe butt dial) but i called back and he said he didn't just call me. i told him to check his phone for latest call he made to me. excuses, excuses. do not use this company! ( too bad no 0 star option)

We called Nevada tree service to get an estimate to remove one tree. The appointment was for Monday, 08/02/2021 between 9 and 11 am. The estimator (I believe his name was John) didn't even call to say he'd be late. He called about 1:30 in the afternoon, and may have been sitting in his car outside when he FINALLY called. No real explanation either.

Just a lame sorry. Due to his no call, no show, in or close to the timeframe, we decided we will try a different tree service. 2 1/2 hours past the LATER END of the estimated time is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. You only get one chance to make a good 1st impression. If the estimator runs that late without care, what would happen when it's time for the tree crew to show up?

Very nice crew arrived and immediately went to work removing a large tamarisk. It was in a difficult spot between a power line and main road, yet they took it down with speed and professionalism. Great responsive service from all the employees from the bid through completion. I've used them before and I will use them again, Thanks!

I have been using Nevada Tree for a few years. The team always does what I request and doesn't finish the job until I'm totally happy. If you want a great job done, then I suggest you try this company.

We had a great experience with Nevada Tree Service. It took a little longer to schedule an appointment then I originally anticipated (a few weeks) but that wasn't a huge deal. We needed out tree removed from our yard due to its proximity to the house and the fact that it was severely leaning. They came today when we were at work, in fact I completely forgot they were scheduled today.

I arrived home this afternoon and the tree was completely gone, everything was clean, and I couldn't even tell you where the stump is. It was covered with the existing landscaping and everything looked great. Communication was prompt and we are highly satisfied with our service.

They are very professional, did a fantastic job on my trees and in a timely manner. Will be using them again in the future.

Had a free estimate appointment today. Quote was $100 more than another offer. The bigger concern is the person showed up without a mask. Made my decision a no brainer. No mask, no service!

I've been using Nevada Tree Service to maintain my pine tree and palm trees since 2007. Frank is professional and a subject matter expert. His fees are reasonable and you get what you pay for; clean up is spot on too.

I have used Nevada Tree Service twice now and both times have been a pretty good experience! I have to truthfully say the first time I used them they didn't round out my front trees so they had to come back but then they did it perfectly! They did let one of the heavier branches fall on a column in front of my house and it damaged it but the owner, Frank, came out and fixed it himself and he did it fabulously!

The second time I used them, I had them trim the same trees, and there just seemed to be one guy that didn't know what he was supposed to be doing so he cut a few branches off the lower part of my so-called "neighbor blocking trees" and that's not so desirable but it's a minimal complaint. I would just say to anyone that employs them to make sure you are out there when they start the job to give them a little guidance so they know what to do and what not to do!

They rounded off the front trees perfectly this time so I am pleased with that and I was pleased overall the second time so I will be using them again. Not only because they know what they're doing, besides the one guy cutting those lower branches that wasn't in the job request, but because they fit me in to fit my schedule and Frank is a really stand up guy! You also can't beat their prices! I highly recommend them!

Brian came on time and gave me an estimate which was reasonable compared to other quotes we got. Explained the process of removing palm trees, was very patient and answered all my questions explaining things I didn't know. He was very professional and thorough. Frank, the owner, was also professional on the phone and accommodating to our schedule, even with the payment method.

On the day of work 6 work men showed up on time. They worked very hard to remove six tall palm trees from my backyard. The team worked very fast and careful not to make a bigger mess or destroy anything else. Honestly, I have never seen anyone work so fast and hard in unison! They got the job done in a few hours and cleaned the area before they left. Strongly recommend!

Professional, reliable, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced compared to competition, cleans up after project is completed. I have a huge pine tree that needed pruning and trimming quick for insurance. Excellent job. Before and after pictures tell the story.

I requested a quote on the website in the evening and received a confirmation text immediately, and a follow up email from Frank first thing the next morning. He asked me to call him, and he discussed my problem, looked at some photos I texted, and offered me a thorough and non-rushed diagnosis and solution (that I could do myself if I wanted) all at no cost. Could I ask for anything more? Very impressed with this company and I will call them for any future work I need done. Highly recommend.

Called Nevada Tree Service and Brian came out to look at a tree for removal. He confirmed the tree had decay and the best option was removal. Brian quoted me prices on the removal and grinding the stump. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable about trees and the removal process. Now for the distressing part. I received additional quotes from a couple other companies and NTS was several hundred higher and they weren't going to grind the stump as low as the other companies.

I still liked how Brian carried himself so I called a couple days later to talk to Brian. I got the company voice mail. I ask for Brian to call me back when he had a moment. The following day I received a call from someone else saying he was the owner. I explained doubling the price of the tree removal seemed excessive to grind down the stump by only 6 inches.

The other quotes I received didn't do that. He then told me that he felt Brian had under quoted me to begin with and he'd only been estimating for 3 years. He'd have to come out the following Wednesday to look for himself. I found it disturbing that he had no faith in Brian's quote. After 3 years of estimating, you shouldn't have to follow up behind your employee. I also have to say you didn't because I never heard back from NTS. So needless to say, I went with someone else.

Someone came out and gave a quote. I was impressed with how quickly they took down a tree and cleaned up. I got a few quotes, and their price was on the lower side. I've already recommended them to someone. My only complaint is that I would have liked to have been told ahead of time that they charge a fee for paying by credit card (which was illegal in the previous 2 states I lived in, so it never occurred to me to ask).

Brian from Nevada Tree Service came to my home yesterday and looked at several of my trees that I was concerned about. He gave me honest answers to the problems with my trees which amounted to just watering them less and moving the emitters farther from the tree trunks. He did not charge for his time but saved me a lot of money in replacing trees that did not need to be replaced. I appreciate Nevada Tree Service's prompt visit to my home and honest and good advice. I will use them if I ever need tree work done.

I've been using this company for over a decade now. Always professional and honest. They can answer any questions you might have regarding your trees and what the proper course of action should be.

I would write less than a One if I could. They give estimates and will not honor their estimates nor that they even gave you an estimate unless they have a Ticket. Their terminology. An estimate on their Nevada shaped card is card is bogus as they are. Never try them says this Disabled Veteran.

This crew was outstanding! They trimmed a really tall and shaggy palm for us. The tree looks great. They cleaned up our yard and cleaned up the 3 adjoing yards even though they had to ladder over the fences. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to give us a price. He even called and checked on the guys to make sure they were here. I am impressed with this company and intend to use every year. I recommend Nevada Tree Service to anyone who wants a job done well.

These guys are awesome. Moved into a new home with an incredibly large and dead tree that partway hung over the roof. Brian came out for a quote and was able to meet the following week to get the job done. Within a few hours their crew had cut down its limbs and took the whole thing out of the ground. I would definitely recommend these guys, even for the tricky jobs!

I'm relatively new to the area and got several quotes from different companies for tree trimming last year and found Nevada Tree Service and all of the good reviews. They were able to provide me timely estimates as well as give me great information about my trees and plants and cost is very reasonable. I have had them thin and trim some pretty large trees as well as smaller palms 2 different times now since I bought my house.

Nevada Tree Service did an excellent job. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and courteous. My two trees were thinned and some branches were removed. They only removed branches that I agreed to. This was my first time with this company. I am very pleased with their work and their prices. I will use them next year as well.

These guys were out of they're minds. I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Frank. He told me to leave a text with my information and he would get back to me on Monday. So fine! I left the info only to receive a call later in the evening saying they went bye the property and there was nobody home. I never spoke to them except for Friday when I spoke to Frank.

I tried to explain that I didn't live at the property and they I would meet them there. my mother in law passed away and we need the trees pruned before we sell the place. Well, Frank precedes to tell me that someone had called me multiple times and I didn't answer. That's complete BS because nobody called me except for Frank who didn't even leave a message that morning. I have money and was ready to pay what it took! Instead I hired " Woody's tree service ". They were awsome and very professional unlike Nevada trees.

These guys were amazing! I had several companies give me quotes and not only did they have the best price but they were friendly and courteous too! On the day they came to remove my obnoxious, ugly trees and bushes the workers were on time, and so fast! In and out in less then 30 min. They also paid careful attention and tried very hard to keep all the debris out of my pool.

They even cleaned up all the extra leaves and wood shavings. I would highly recommend this company to anyone either looking to redo their landscaping or to just get rid of a dead eyesore taking up space.
