Our customers can choose from pre drawn architectural blueprints or have their design custom drawn for them. EPM insures that all phases of construction are completed to your satisfaction. Our company is able to provide our customers with individualized landscaping services. Our lawn care services will provide yard maintenance that will enhance your landscaping. We will perform yard services in the following manor: Grass cutting will be performed with a 48 inch Toro commercial mulching mower. 21 inch mulching mowers are available for smaller lawns.
Driveways and sidewalks will be edged by hand or steel bladed edger. All lawns will have string trimming (weed eating) completed around the trees, utility poles, fences, buildings, flower beds, and any other real-estate not accessible with our mowers. Emmons Property Management will clean driveways, sidewalks, and any other concrete areas free of clippings and debris.

Inspections
Report
We will perform daily, weekly, or monthly inspections as needed for your Property. Property inspections are a great tool for landowners that may not be able to access their properties on a weekly or monthly basis. Emmons Property Management will inspect the inside of your home or rental Property to ensure that everything is in safe working condition. Any issues that may occur on your property will immediately be reported to the landowner. EPM will also check the condition of your pool and grounds. This may be useful to land owners to ensure that lawns are being mowed and yard maintenance is being completed. Any special request will absolutely be considered
Decks

Would you like a place to spend quality outdoor time with your family? Our company is able to provide our customers with their new deck construction, or repair of their old deck structure. EPM provides deck building, removal of existing backyard decks, deck plans, new deck construction, or just simple pressure washing and maintenance of your existing structure. EPM's architiect will work with you to design the deck of your dreams, or you can choose from pre-drawn architectual blueprints. We will help you maintain your budget while giving you the best possible quality deck. EPM insures that all phases of construction are completed to your liking.
