All the 5 star reviews are from current employees and managers. Very unprofessional and very poor communication. After I left the owner told every employee that the could not communicate with me personally or professionally or they would be fired. How does that sound? Do not take care of there employees especially the ones who deserve it, like there spanish employee who they refused a promotion to because "his English wasn't good enough" which was completely untrue. I understood him perfectly the day I met him. He was a great person and one of the best workers there. If you decide to do business with them good luck.

I've met most of the employees, all seem like great guys. I've heard nothing but great things about the service they provide. Customers seem to be very happy with their work as well. I tend to go by word of mouth and promote companies I hear good things about! The owner is a very nice, respectable man. 5 stars for outside unlimited :

Great atmosphere and people, good hours and pay. Plenty of work through the winter. Company recognizes hard work and loyalty, plenty of room for advancement and growth. Vacation, sick time, health, dental, and vision insurance. If your looking to landscape professionally this is a great place to do it.

They did the landscaping for our new home as a subcontractor for LaMontagne builders. The amount of hydro seed they put down was inadequate and they managed to spray the side of my house and siding as well as my AC condenser. One day when they weren't working on my home I found them taking water from my hose without even asking. Water is cheap but it's the principle. Even saw one of them using the woods for a bathroom instead of walking to the portapotty.

This is a great place to work. They treat their employees like family and offer great pay and benefits. The owner Jonah is amazing and runs a truly unique company. There is huge career growth potential at Outside Unlimited because it is a national landscaping company as well As a local service provider. I can't say enough about the owner and the management that make this such a wonderful place to be employed.

Treats Employees Poorly, No communication, Fired two days after talking to boss about taking leave time for my newborn. Trucks barely work, Fords like usual. The owner of the company doesn't care about complaints as a lot of people have emailed him and got nothing back and nothing taken care of. They don't give anyone an explanation when fired they hand you last check and say no explanation please leave. Can't keep employees. Very bad company to work for all around.
