MLS Lawn Service did an outstanding job! They demoed our old patio and lawn area, gutted our raised beds, and built us a beautiful new, bigger patio with a drainage system with river rock, scalloped cedar fence with a barn door for a gate, and filled our raised beds with new soil and bark. It looks stunning and we're getting lots of compliments from the neighbors. MLS's crew were friendly, polite, creative with ideas, knowledgeable, flexible with changes, and incredibly hardworking. We are thankful to them for a job well done.

Advertises CLEARLY on their website for "Gig Harbor" area.rudely informs me they dont service "that" area when I called to set up service.wth. Its on their website. Too many other options out there. Go elsewhere.

They showed up to take a look at our yard and promised a quote the next day. I am still waiting for that quote. They profess the following on their website. SERVICE YOU CAN TRUST 25+ years experience Reliable Honest Easy to communicate with Punctual Yes, they may have 25+ years of experience, are reliable with coming to a residence for a quote, are punctual, and have the courtesy to call when they are going to be late, were easy to communicate with when discussing our needs, but lack the honesty they boldly proclaim.

If the job was not up to the standards of their company or they chose not to take on the project, it is common courtesy to let a potential customer know their decision. Liz proudly bragged to me about their lack of need for advertising because of referrals and the companies work quality. I'd be careful of those bragging rights. I am letting the world of YELP know what I think of their business practices.

Bad news does travel like the plague. Thank you for showing me MLS Lawn Service's true colors and saving me the headache of hiring a less than honest lawn service company! BUYER BEWARE!

This our second time having them come out and clean up our yard. They do an amazing job and are very professional! We would definitely recommend them to anyone! And will definitely be using them again!

You did a FANTASTIC job on making are yard look great for the holidays. Mike and Beth were very accommodating. I would highly recommend their services.

We are a repeat customer if this company. We reached out to have fall detailing at our 5 acre estate and were told the first a available appointment was today the 16. We accepted, we received a quote and reconfirmed last Sunday that YES we wanted the appointment and the full 8 hours. So after confirming and waiting for this day to come, the company took another job and left us high and dry. Why?

Because at 8am today they wanted yet another confirmation to my already confirmed appointment. Still at 9:05 am I responded with a YES WE ARE EXPECTING YOU. Later on today I got a "sorry we sent the crew to another job and we are now booked until December." Terrible! I will never recommend Beth and Mike at MLS. This is an awful way to treat repeat customers and cultivate client referrals. We have a huge family event happening and are in a complete scramble now!

We highly recommend MLs Lawn Service in Port Orchard. They consistently do a great job for us week after week. They are conscientious about making sure our place looks amazing! They are honest, hardworking and competitively priced. They offer many different services from landscaping to sprinklers to patio and walkway projects. You will be very impressed with them!

My side yard was neglected and bare. Now it's beautiful, low maintenance, and clean. All in a day's work! Professional, easy to communicate with, and very affordable. I am looking forward to having MLS help me reach my other landscape goals! Highly recommended.

It started out great. We bartered for services as he expressed desire in a carport I was selling but did not have the finances to purchase it. We talked about options to pay off the balance and agreed on yard mowing and edging. They worked hard the first few times and after that, the excuses began and the work became sloppy. Fences were damaged, hoses were mowed over and refusal began of previously agreed upon services.

Even with photos of the damage, the owner refused responsibility although I did not request anything more than they be more careful in the future. The owner became increasingly passive- aggressive ending with a verbal altercation upon which the contract was immediately terminated by me and I requested that he pay off the outstanding balance owed on the carport.

The employees were always very respectful and apologetic for the erratic behavior of the owner. They were always rushed to get to the next job. My job was never a priority because I allowed, in good faith, for Mike to remove the carport instead of working for a year to pay for it first. It was a good-faith agreement that he failed to uphold. The wife/bookkeeper was always pleasant.

I had great hopes this would be a long-term contract but passive-aggressive and disrespectful behavior is always unacceptable. As far as a refund, I have been told the check is in the mail and I have no reason to assume otherwise.

Excellent work, very professional, fast and efficient service. I requested information on my project and Mike responded right away. Took the time stop by and give me a personal quote. The rest of the companies asked questions but didn't stop by prior to providing the quote. We selected Mike, his price was very reasonable, arrived on time, service was superb, and covered all questions, cleaned up. Overall a positive experience. I will be contacting him for my fall service.

Mike came out originally to provide a bid on a sod replacement. After so much frustration with my front lawn, I wanted it ripped out and replaced. I had grossly miscalculated the size of my lawn, so the estimate was going to be at least double of what I had anticipated. Mike evaluated my lawn and told me I didn't need to replace my lawn-- I just needed to rehab it with thatching, laying down some seed and topsoil, etc.

He did a soil analysis, sprinkler system audit, and gave me detailed bids within 24 hours of each eval (he did soil and sprinkler 2 separate days). By the time I accepted and provided a deposit, he and his crew were out within the week. His team plans to be out in about another week to check to make sure our lawn rehab is working, and as he has other clients in the neighborhood, he said he'd keep an eye on our lawn, too, to make sure our strategy is working. Excellent service, excellent work, and excellent value.

MLs Lawn Service - a skilled team of lawn service pros. They tackled a bunch of projects for us when we built our new home in Olalla, installing sod and irrigation, and some plants to round out the landscaping.

I recently hired them to trim down some badly overgrown laurels. Their price was very reasonable, they showed up when agreed to even though it was raining, and they did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again next time I need some yard work done.
