Instant Yards started out servicing sod farms and commercial contractors. Starting in 2008, Instant Yards began making homeowners dreams into realities! With a engineering and construction background, Instant Yards specializes in landscape installations and landscape design, as well as erosion control. Instant Yard's outdoor living department, provide solutions for all of your outdoor kitchens, natural gas fire pits, plus full entertainment areas with gas grills. Instant Yards recently added a maintenance division. As part of this new division comes a recently added mosquito control department. Instant Yards is also highly experienced in custom decks and fence restoration, full irrigation repair and service, weed control, and property cleanup, including weekly property maintenance.

Justin listened to our ideas and turned them into a workable landscape plan. He and his crew were punctual, professional and easy to work with. They started on time, finished on time and the bill was what we had agreed upon. We're looking forward to working with the folks from Instant Yards next spring when we do phase two of the landscape plan. I would recommend Justin and his company without hesitation.

We bought a house that had weeds and dirt for a backyard. It was a mess and a bigger project then my husband or I wanted to tackle. We hired Mile Hi Sprinklers to install a sprinkler system and they recommended Justin with Instant Yards, and I'm so glad they did! I called Justin and he was out the very next day to give us an estimate. We had received estimates from other companies, but what we loved about Justin was that he was honest and able to tell us that some of our ideas would create more problems in the future.
He would then come up with other suggestions that made a lot more sense. None of the other companies we met with provided that kind of service. In the end, we are so happy we went with Instant Yards. Our yard is beautiful and we can't wait to have people over for a BBQ. Thank you Justin!

We hired Justin with Instant Yards because he was recommended to us by Mi-High Sprinklers. We had extensive landscaping to take care of before the sprinklers could be installed. The crew was excellent and did such a wonderful job that my yard looks so good now. Justin was very involved in the planning process and making sure all our needs were met. I would recommend Justin and his fabulous crew any time for any work that you need done!
