This company comes highly recommended. Joel and his staff are very professional. Communication was excellent throughout the course of construction. They managed to complete the project in a timely manner with no long delays throughout the project milestones. Joel did not hesitate to ask questions to make sure we resolved issues that were not clearly detailed in the landscape architects drawing and offering advice on what he recommends. Joel did an excellent job of capturing the changes and adds to the project both in scope and cost.

His staff left the job site safe and clean everyday. Overall I could not be any happier with the outcome. My family and I spend much time in the back yard and my front finally has curb appeal. Joel was also the one who recommended Tammy. The landscape architect that prepared my project plans. She also comes highly recommended. Great communication even after the project has been completed. I completed my project almost a year ago. Joel and his staff have continue to maintain the landscape and they do a great job at making sure the site looks tip top.

Arrived promptly. Did a fantastic job with manicuring the plants and trimming damaged foliage from Pygmy palm. They neatly cleaned all the yard debris. They were very courteous and respectable of our property

They did a fantastic job on our back patio extension. Once we settled on a plan, they designed it and had all their paperwork in order for a smooth permitting process. Plan on 2-3 months for the overall process, but the end product was great. Any minor fixes afterwards were taken care of and have a great relationship moving forward for future projects. I would highly recommend them for your patio needs.

The team did an amazing job! We recently hired them to plant 12x Foxtail palm trees in our backyard. I will admit I was skeptical at first not sure if they would last and grow. They told me that they were good palm trees and to give it a chance to settle in. they were right! They have grown beautifully. I would definitely use their services again.

We have never encountered a more professional, detail oriented and quality company. We had multiple companies working on our property at the same time and BloomLandscaping stood out by far. They were the first ones here and certainly the hardest working. Not a detail went untouched and they even followed up a week later (on site) to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions.

Our backyard had some significant issues that were overwhelming to handle by myself. Our yard has topographical features that made proper drainage difficult. Also, our yard has 18 oak trees that prevented grass from growing which actually accelerated the erosion of topsoil. I was so embarrassed by my backyard that I avoided it, but I was also frustrated because I was missing out on extra living space.

After my 1st meeting with Bloom & Lawn Landscaping I was confident in their expertise and provided some high level element details I was looking for they as team did the rest. The result is a beautiful yard for our family and friends to relax and get away from stress, a true sanctuary. Even my neighbor, a landscape expert loves to come over and hang out in the backyard.

I used them for the first time to "rehabilitate and resod" about 2,000 sq ft of lawn at a house I was selling (it was the ALL the grass). There were two layers of dead grass from where someone resodded on top of existing sod. Bloom Landscaping did a great job of cutting out all the grass and some of the topsoil, rebuilding the soil by layering in fresh compost and soil, and then installing new sod and plants. I knew exactly what I wanted and they did a great job of it.

Critical: Responsiveness Avoid this company. They don't respond to email, never answer their phone or return voice messages. Joel (owner) came out to estimate the job and despite several promises to send a quote they never followed through. Complete waste of time Zero stars.

Joel and his team were awesome and I couldn't be happier with their work. As background, we had about 250 sq ft of lawn that got infested with gophers, which transformed our lawn from beautiful to severely dilapidated. After making the decision to turf, we called several places and Joel's rate was the most competitive. For our estimate appointment, he was punctual, professional and honest.

He even had all the turf samples in his truck which allowed us to experience how each type of turf looked and felt. This helped a lot b/c my wife and I were able to agree on the one we like the best (always a win!). His team came by today to take out the old lawn and replace with the turf. There was a team of 5 or 6 who got to work right away. They took 4" of topsoil, placed different grades of gravel in and installed gopher netting.

They even capped the old sprinkler lines and put a tan bark/mulch at the base of a tree and our bougainvillea. One thing to note is while they were digging up my old lawn, they hit the water main to our next door neighbor's house, but quickly addressed the issue by shutting off the water, informing our neighbors and then replacing the old pipe with premium copper pipe.

After calling several companies for quotes, we decided to choose Joel and his company. Joel has provided us with detail quote and follow up with information. We are so happy with his company work. They are very professional and punctual. The final product is amazing, and we have so many compliments from the neighbors. If you want quality work with excellent result, Joel and his company is the one for you, but if you look for cheap quote then his is not the one. We strongly recommend Joel and his company for any project you may need.

We worked with Bloom and Lawn to install a new patio, grass, plants and a Trellis along with a new irigation system. Joel Lopez was fantastic giving us detailed plans for a resonable cost. B&L worked fast and efficient and we couldnt believe how quick everything was completed. The final product looks beautiful and we couldnt be happier about it. Joel really helped us pick flowers that would work in the spaces we had as well as what we needed to do for maintenance. If you are looking to revamp your outdoor spaces, I would highly recomend Joel and his team.

I got a few much lower bids for the project, but when Joel showed me examples of his work product, I was blown away. His fences were so much more beautiful and he was open to being creative - and helped me figure out a way of keeping a sightline into our neighbors yard - something that was really important to us. He combined redwood horizontal planks for a low fence with wire on top to get the modern (non-lattice look) I was going for.

He communicated frequently about the project over the three days, his team came on time and worked so fast. We went from an overgrown jungle to a tame California garden in no time. And when I asked him if he could do some extra pruning of the neighbor's rose bush and my lemon tree, he didn't blink an eye. He also made sure to clean up any debris in my neighbor's yard. It was a lot of work, and the work is just beautiful. I will be calling him back to help me with irrigation and planting for sure!

Very nice guys, and they did a nice job redoing our lawn, pruning and cleaning up the yard and planting half a dozen new plants. BUT: They are extremely expensive. We didn't get the two other quotes (from gardeners recommended by neighbors) after Bloom had already started the work. Both quotes were close to 50% less for the identical job. Make sure you have other quotes in hand if Bloom and Landscape Inc is one of the landscape companies you are looking to hire

Joel and his crew replaced my fence yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the result. The price was reasonable, the quality is great, and they were fast! They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently all day, and got the job done in one day which I didn't think was possible. These guys are hard workers and know what they are doing. I rarely waste my time writing reviews, but these guys deserve your business.

I highly recommend Joel and his team for landscaping project. They were able turned my empty soil field into a beautiful backyard. They work quick and efficiently. The whole project took about one week. They even worked within my budget and installed pavers, sod and a wifi activated self watering irrigation system. I couldn't be happier with the final product.

Our property management company contracted Bloom and Lawn to come to our house and perform an "annual yard maintenance" request and I didn't really know what to expect but wow we were really blown away by what this company accomplished in our overgrown back and front yards. They cleared out absolutely everything and it looks FANTASTIC and very tidy and professional and really just beautiful.

It's impressive how powerful a job well-done is, they were absolutely great, really transformed the space. They were mindful enough too to really tend to the walk way up our front steps to our front door which had become so overgrown we were dodging plants left-and-right to get through, and now it feels spacious and clean-cut and still very pretty too (vs. obviously hacked-away or something). I really can't say enough how happy we were with their work! Thank you!

joel and his crew did an amazing job on our fence, driveway, side walkways, front walkways, and back patio (see pics). they followed our design to the T, and were very understanding/adaptive w last minute changes to the plan. and most importantly for an incredibly reasonable price. thanks joel, jorge, and the whole gang--we so appreciate your professionalism and hard work. and we absolutely LOVE our new yard.
