Our yard care package includes everything you need in your yard; sprinklers, fertilizers, bush trimming, weed control, bed maintenance, as well as the standard mowing and trimming services. We clean commercial, residential, and post-construction windows. We clean interior and exterior glass as well as tracks, frames, screens, and gutters. Our Christmas light package includes custom cut lights that we install with an automatic timer. We maintain the lights during the holiday season, take them down after New Year's, and store them during the summer.

As a first step, we will ensure that your property is properly prepared and primed for weekly yard care services, which may include tasks such as pruning and tidying up shrubs, eliminating weeds, disposing of debris, as well as trimming and edging your lawn.
Bush Trimming

On two occasions every year, specifically in late summer and winter dormancy, we will perform trimming and tidying up of your bushes, shrubs, small trees, plants, and similar foliage. The late summer yard care service will be conducted as part of our regular visits. The winter dormancy landscaping service, on the other hand, will take place sometime between December and March, with the cost being due at the time of service, at your usual visit rate.
Lawn Fertilizers
Report
Your lawn will be fertilized four times a year, and we have developed our own fertilizer blends, rather than using off-the-shelf fertilizers. The first application, which is a granular one, is included in the Spring Green-Up service. The second application, a liquid spray, is administered in late spring or early summer. The third application is a granular one, applied in mid-summer, and the fourth and final application is a granular one administered in late fall.

Awesome job! Carson at Everything Exterior came to our house to aerate, dethatch, and fertilize for the spring. The speed and quality of the work was wonderful. However, the clean up and dedication to the job was unbelievable! EE left our yard looking sharp and geared up to look great throughout the summer. Definitely recommend giving them a call for some quick, quality service.

I am so incredibly happy with my yard! My swing had blown over, and they put it back up, my hammock was down, and they put that back up. I use Everything Exterior's holiday lights service. This is my third year of having them do my lights. I love how everything matches the exact length for the dimensions of my 2-story house and it looks so professional. I'm always hooked up and ready to turn on our lights the day after Thanksgiving every year. And I don't have to do any maintenance.
If a light burns out or the wind causes a problem, they come handle it. Take down usually happens very soon after New Years. Fantastic service. I only wish I had the option for lights for other holidays as well, like Halloween.

We have used Everything Exterior for our Christmas lights for the last three years and have found it extremely convenient. They come and set up in a timely matter, don't leave a mess, and it saves us the hassle of climbing up on our scary, widow maker roof. We appreciate that they leave the lights for a long time and removed them even more quickly then the set up. Totally worth the price, especially if your roof is tall!

There are 2 things in life that are worth paying for. First is professional movers, they are worth every penny. Second is Christmas light installers, which is the service I employed Everything Exterior for. The staff was polite and they sent me a quote the same day I made the request. The process was easy and the lights were beautiful. I was home when they installed and removed the lights and didn't hear a thing. Highly recommended!
