He explained the whole process of the project and was patient with answering any questions I had. His crew worked hard and was polite and courteous. They even stayed late after dark one evening to finish the job and clean up. I would highly recommend High Flow Drainage Solutions to family and friends!

From the beginning, the owner, Caleb Isgriggs, exhibited a solid understanding of drainage issues and solutions. He explained his proposed plan and addressed every one of my questions. I had gotten a quote from another company but had no confidence they would resolve my drainage issues. The opposite was true with High Flow Drainage Solutions. From job bid to installation, Caleb provided excellent communications and updates.

The work took 2 days to complete and the crew, Jason, Tyler and Greg, worked tirelessly. They were also very polite, kind and helpful. The crew protected my property from their equipment by placing boards in my yard and driveway. When they were done, the clean up was thorough. The crew installed two open French drains within my back landscaping. They also installed a discharge pipe to empty water from the French drains along with two downspouts to the back of my yard.

The landscaping was completely regraded and redone and; a trench filled, graded and seeded using erosion mats. Given the recent rain, all drainage solutions appear to be working as intended.and in a week's time, all seeded areas are revealing grass. I would definitely recommend High Flow Drainage Solutions. They're a good company with which to work and as such, I have plans to use them again.

We hired them to help with drainage issue from standing water on patio. Caleb was very professional and communicated well. Their pricing was fair and quality of work was excellent. They addressed on of our main concerns in not tearing up our lawn. They accommodated by laying plywood. They re-seeded and laid straw after they were finished. The crew was professional. They finished the job in the timeframe they agreed to. We would gladly recommend and use them again if needed.

Caleb and his team fixed a steep hill drainage issue we had. We have a very steep grade in the back yard and everything falls to the house. I'm sure when the house was built, all of the grades and infrastructure worked just fine, but likely over the years, earth settled and French drains clogged which ultimately allowed water to get into our basement. Caleb added the situation and made his recommendations.

They added two catch basins a french drain, and a small wall to fix the problem. His team installed all of this in just under two days. Additionally, during the install, some of the unidentifiable irrigation cable and piping was damaged. They didn't leave us high and dry, Caleb came back and got it all back in working condition. So far we've had one pretty healthy storm this spring and the improvements they installed are working perfectly! Thanks Caleb and team!

The High Flow crew came out and installed some French drains for us on both sides of our house. Work was done quickly and neatly, and Caleb did a great job addressing all of our questions and concerns.

I'm very late with this review, but Caleb and his crew installed a French drain system in our back yard in July. For years we have had drainage issues where we have standing water for a week or more after heavy rains. His crew were there when promised and did a great job installing the system as well as cleaning up afterwards. It's been a pretty dry year so the system hasn't really been tested until 3 weeks ago when we got 4.5 inches of rain over a couple of days. 2 days later, the ground was dry! I highly recommend hiring High Flow Drainage Solutions for your drainage issues.

I was very pleased with the work this company did for me. They were very clear on how to solve my problem, what material they would use, and how to do the install. They had the proper equipment and knowledge to complete the project. They used plywood to run equipment over the grass which left very little yard damage and correctly followed up with seeding and straw. Would use this company again.

Caleb with High Flow Drainage Solutions worked wonders in my backyard. We have acreage with natural springs and run off from surrounding properties. Every heavy rain would flood our playground and pool. We've tried other drainage solutions on the property, and none have offered the protection we now have. Very professional from the bidding process through project completion. Having had other drainage work done previously by others, was pleasantly surprised to see the right equipment for the job, and finishing touches like seeding and straw mat.

I wasn't left to smooth out piles of dirt and re-seed, as I have every time before. Could not be happier with the work, and now enjoy watching all of the gallons of water spray out into a pond as designed, not wreck my stuff. Thanks again for the great work.

Drainage system was installed on my home property. The work was done with survey, thorough site inspection, and consultation. The job was discussed with me and agreement reached as to the results needed. Each step was explained to me and all questions answered in an understandable way. Complete invoices were sent and all work to be done was fully disclosed. The work was done in a timely fashion and the job site was well maintained. Upkeep requirements were explained fully. I recommend this company and would use it again.
