Training manager needs to be more respectful and understanding and not neglect employees opportunities to grow into a Forman position he has neglected so many to grow into these positions and training is so minimal they thought me how to turn on certain tools on only not how to trim bushes or trees and no irrigation and spray they need to incorporate that into their training not just how to turn tools on. Honestly the pay is super underpaid for laborers and other all positions plus the branch manager Jim carter needs to learn how to treat people and talk with respect to revive respect he needs better management training not a very comfortable place and the office needs to pay more attention to what is going on to resolve these issues like Human Resources department is not that great

Training when you enter is not what you think the crew leaders don't want to show you the laborers how to trim and do the work they do before one has to apply to be a crew leader they just want you to pick up and not help you before getting into a internal position and that's not right they are selfish Don't be fooled many good reviews are from the own hr department trying to play you and the Pay and the way they treat people is not ok It's a ok company to work for I'm Shure there is better they have a lot of preferences of people they could have more communication with employees on how to grow like keep insisting but they have certain people/employees they prefer and Human Resources isn't the best and pay isn't enough

They don't respect private property rites in my case! I found one of their employees in my back yard and, I never hired them! I have no trespassing signs posted on my back gate and in the entry to the property! I called and left a message no call for two days! I also called the home office and no return call! So when you bring a problem to their attention, they wont call you back for two days. They may also blow you off if you call the main office! I hope your luck is better than mine.
