Our highly educated, well-experienced community managers are problem solvers and pro-active in the management of each property. They have gained their experience from the management of large and small associations, as well as continuing education in the property management field. Many associations only require accounting services. We offer accounting services that match the accounting provided to associations that use full management. As part of the service, we can deposit and account for all assessments, pay all properly approved and budgeted expenses, and handle delinquent accounts promptly.

I am work in law enforcement, and it is absolutely ridiculous to have these Paul blart mall cops. Annoy you with there petty, childish complaints. I understand that HOA'S have rules, as I have worked with HOA'S for years. But you would think you would have a little more respect, for someone who works in law enforcement. Complaining about a hose not being rolled up to the right degree, or my porch being used for, what a porch is used for sitting. extremely childish and unprofessional. I even had them once try to tow my law enforcement vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous!

We have found that doing business with Cornerstone Properties Inc as a vendor has been an outstanding experience. We maintain several of their communities and have always had very positive and professional encounters with their managers, especially Evon P and Mike R. Their managers seems to be a cut above the rest. In an industry full of less than competent operators, Cornerstone is different. Very good company!

I have been a homeowner in Ballantrae Ridge for over 5 years. Over time, I have come to appreciate the excellent job that Cornerstone Properties does in managing the overall Troon HOA and, specifically, Ballantrae Ridge. I am grateful for both the short-term attention to day-to-day operations (e.g. the guard gate, pool, landscaping) and the actions that maintain the quality/value of our properties for the long haul (e.g. painting the houses every X years; the present repair project on Windy Walk Drive). The care and attention that Mike, Lia and their team put into the community management at Ballantrae contributes to a great ownership experience.

My community has been with Cornerstone Properties Inc. for more then 10 years. Prior to this we bounced around from company to company looking for the lowest rates. Working with the team at Cornerstone, we were able to turn our once financially unstable community to one where we have a fully funded reserves and few maintenance projects left to conquer. I have lived in my residence for several years in which cornerstone properties serves as the HOA. I have consistently found them to be unresponsive to making sure home adhere to the HOA rules and regulations and more importantly I have found their oversight of the HOA regulations to be very inconsistently applied amongst the residents of the community.

Unethical. Watch your back. Make sure to have the CC&R's close by. They will try to claim violations and fines and charges not spelled out in the CC&R's. They do not view the HOA as customers; simply a source of funds. In truth, the property management company is the employee of the HOA, having been hired to manage the property on behalf of the members. However, they do not approach the members as an employee would.
They take the tone of a despot boss. Their concept of the relationship between the HOA is the exact opposite of the reality of what it is. They show no gratitude for the business. Beware the hidden charges and fees!
