Real Green Pest And Lawn Care

I have signedup for a year long service with Real Green, as i wanted to encourage small business. they over charged me for the first bill but the promo they sent over mail to my house was for 19.95. Billing department wasn't helpful and they said the offer cannot be applied to my house. Also, the weeds kept coming in after 3-4 months of service. I have to cancel the service and very disappointed. Careful with promo's and Offers they send to homes via mails

Real Green lawn services are wonderful! My yard has never looked better! It's been a tremendous investment, money well spent. My neighbors have already noticed how nice my lawn looks in just 2 months time! I've tried the do it yourself methods to grow, maintain a healthy lawn & mitigate weeds but not much luck. I saw the commercials & called the professionals. Joshua applied a soil conditioner then Blake applied pre & post emergent with fertilizer.

These techs were nice & all provided expert instructions on watering & mowing. Daniel came out Saturday to aerate my yard & was very prompt, courteous & professional. Fine job men! I couldn't be more pleased with the services of Real Green.

We have been using Real Green for years and absolutely love the service. I felt the need to share a review of the gentleman that has been doing our pest control for about the last year I believe. Bobby Jackson is just above and beyond the greatest service tech we have ever had with Real Green. While we have never had any issues with the company itself, Bobby just makes the absolute most out of every visit.

Always SO incredibly kind and helpful. Bobby has an absolutely wonderful attitude and even remembers things we discussed on the last visit (like my husbands sprained wrist) and asked me how he was doing this time around. The service is always top notch but Bobby is just a ray of sunshine and I hope he is treated very well by this company. Thank you as always Bobby and Real Green for keeping the bugs & mosquitos away.

The previous owners of the house we purchased used a lawn service so we wanted to keep it going after moving in. Unfortunately, once the lawn company found out that we were new owners they instantly increased the rate. No thanks. After checking around we found Real Green. They offered everything we wanted and needed at a much more favorable cost. So far they have been very professional, prompt in their service times and we already see an improvement in our lawn after only 2 visits (most of the existing weeds are dying back as promised).

They always call before showing up (it helps because we have dogs) and offer to make additional unscheduled visits upon request. We look forward to a beautiful, healthy lawn and a long, rewarding business relationship. Thanks Jerry and staff!

I've used Real Green for the past 7 years or so at a condo property and they've been great. We recently moved service to a single-family home and had our first visit this week. Daniel called on his way over and asked questions and gave great suggestions while he was here. 100% recommend.

Real Green is an affordable preventative pest control service. Their customer service is excellent. No frustrating automated phone trees. Friendly, helpful in-person answers every time. We have not seen any bugs inside since we started with them almost a year ago. But that's not why I am writing this review today. Their manager, Ryan, is excellent and goes above and beyond.

He identified a serious problem for us, recommended treatment and personally followed through. He took the take to explain the situation, what to expect in the next several weeks and then recommendations to be proactive in the future. Grateful for his expertise.

I subscribed to real greens top tier service for almost a year. The reason I signed up with them was because there was a satisfaction guarantee or your money back. After a couple months of service, I had not seen any improvement whatsoever so I called to let them know. They sent a service manager who said I needed to give the service more time. I gladly did. 6 months later still no improvement at all. Called again and a service manager came out again and said, guess what, wait till it's close to a year.

It's now been almost a year and I called again. My yard actually looks worse now than it did when I started. The service manager came out and recommended I lay new grass sod. Lol. A year later and their fix was to put in new grass which I could have done a year prior and saved all that money. I had also signed up my parents for the same service and they had the exact same results I did and pretty much the same response from the company.

When I said I have waited long enough and their service simply does not give the results they promised and asked for my money back as they had originally mentioned their money back guarantee, they said that long applies to the last 2 visits. Something they probably had in small font in the contract. They also happened to charge me the day after I asked for my money back so it can count as one of the two payments. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Excellent lawn care services. Always professional and responsive to questions and concerns. Yearly plan is a great deal for on-going health and maintenance on yard. All I have to do is mow and water and they take care of weeds and overall health.

We moved to the Austin area about 15 years ago. Our previous residence was in North Texas, so we were unfamiliar with the pest threats of central Texas. We looked around for a pest control company, and luckily happened to select Real Green. Real Green is an all-in-one lawn care and pest control company. A lawn specialist visits regularly to apply appropriate nutrients and lawn pest control, and our yard looks great!

He's practically invisible - most times we only know he's been here when we find the invoice and an explanation of actions taken (along with instructions for a happy, healthy lawn) on the door handle. Pest control is handled on a separate visit. If we are home, Daniel, our pest control specialist, will check with us to see if we have had any problems.

The answer is usually no because Real Green has done such a good job keeping the pests under control. We have an industrious variety of ants out here - the raspberry, or strawberry or just plain "crazy" ants - and Real Green always seems to be a step ahead of them. (On the rare occasion that we find ants getting near the house, a quick call to Real Green brings Daniel out to the house in very short order.) We know there are several other bug threats, but they never rise to the level of an actual problem because Daniel and Real Green always seem to anticipate and remove the problem before it actually arises.

We chose Real Green Lawn & Pest Control because they are the best and have kept our lawn looking great and pests under control. Practically 100% of visitors to our home comment on how beautiful our property looks. I tell them that is mostly due to the great service we get from Real Green. Something visitors don't see is pests! Daniel is doing a fantastic job of making sure it stays that way. He, as well as the other techs that service our property, always go above & beyond. I continue to highly recommend Real Green Lawn & Pest Control.
