They have been really hard on the landscaping for our condo complex. We had a row of beautiful cannas that used to bloom all summer; last year they mowed them flat to the ground as they were starting to grow in the spring (they are not a weed and should not be hard pruned like that except to remove dead growth in fall) so we had a bare spot, no blooms at all, and they might not recover ever if they do it again this spring and it would be hundreds of dollars and years to replace just that one spot to the way it was.

They spray noxious weed killer like Roundup that persists in soil and prevents perennials from growing well so the bare spots in our landscaping continue to increase as they slowly poison things. They point leaf blowers right at my front door so the light paint is constantly being dirtied and sandblasted away. They tore up potted plants on my porch waving an edger around carelessly.

They make an absurd amount of noise for 4+ hours to finish our entire property and I can't take Zoom calls on the days they are here. I've seen them damage siding trying to wedge a riding mower into too small of a space and then just ride away like there isn't a dent. They are just sloppy and if you have a parking lot full of nandina and other Home Depot garbage plants then sure, hire them, but if you have an actually nicely landscaped residential property, stay far away before they ruin it.

We have used Brad and his crew for several projects. They always follow up promptly and efficiently. Brad is extremely knowledgeable in the landscaping and irrigation field, and has gone over and above when we have needed their services. We highly recommend him and his company.

Called they never got back to me has a address but there was no business at location wasted time I took my business elsewhere Your business is listed as a brick and mortar and a separate listing as an area of service with a lower rating.

I will NEVER use Maven landscapes again. They were meant to start work in February, but did not start until July (hottest month) They buried electrical cords, pavers, xmas lights under plastic sheeting and then dumped mulch on top of it. They even buried the sprinkler system they installed under the week protector sheet so that the sprinkler head could not pop up.

Then they came to check on the sprinklers and left the remote on test and it was only when my plants looked really wilty that I knew something was wrong. I asked them to come out and fix it, but they told me my warranty was up by a month and wanted to charge me a fee to reinspect their poor job. I spent almost $30K with them. Talk about poor service. DONT EVER USE THEM.
