Waterwise Land & Waterscapes

I work at SiteOne Harmony gardens and supply Waterwise with plants on some of their projects and everyone there is so welcoming and professional! They are one of the most organized companies I have worked with! I cannot recommend these guys enough, they are the best!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were more than willing to work within my budget and completely renovate my yard. They listened when I had questions or concerns, and were more than willing to do what I asked. The crew was great and the results are outstanding. I get daily compliments about how beautiful my new yard is. They really have made my yard dreams come true.

Such a fabulous experience working with this company. From the very beginning working on a design of my own, they were willing to work with me and offer suggestions to make improvements or help reduce costs. The crew that came to do the work was friendly, conscientious and hard working. As I walked around the final product I was so impressed that they took the time to do the little extras that really meant a lot to me and they could have chosen not to bother. I am thrilled with my new back yard and would definitely recommend this company.

Waterwise just finished our back yard and it looks great. Granted, it's winter, so seeing the plants come to life this spring will really make it shine. The team was responsive, hard-working, informative, professional, friendly, thorough and did a great job. From the design (thanks Astrid!) to the install (Rio is great) they kept me informed. They worked with me to create something within my budget while incorporating the features I wanted. Highly recommend.

Professional people, actually astounding. They are methodical, careful, and very knowledgeable. I am beyond impressed, and that takes some doing.

Have consistently shown any concern of mine is a concern of theirs. We used them for a complete landscape overhaul and have been very satisfied with their work and more importantly their customer service. quick responses to my emails and phone calls. They just completed a second project and once again, I am highly impressed.

Great company to work with. Everyone on their staff is extremely competent and hard working. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

Relatively quick and polite response; however, Waterwise isn't interested in doing "in between projects" so don't contact them unless you want small maintenance work or need a very large landscape project completed--they don't state this on their website so hopefully others will find this useful.

Waterwise was incredibly professional from start to finish. They removed and designed/replaced our front fence. The workers were wonderful and we couldn't be happier with the end result!

We have worked with Lorin at Waterwise for the past 8 years. He built our beautiful pond in our back yard and has always provided us excellent customer service but this past weekend he went above and beyond and I have to share. We were expecting close to 100 people for a party that was set up with a tent near our pond. At 8pm the night before, we realized something was wrong with our pump and we couldn't figure out how to fix it.

The party would start the following morning at 10:30am (on a weekend). I called and left a message that evening asking if he could help us and he responded back right away. The pond pump was replaced by 10am and the party was a great hit with all sorts of little kids playing in our stream. We just can't even express how appreciative we were that Lorin would attend to our needs even after hours. Thank you!

I had a few local companies bidding on my project and even bough Waterwise was the most expensive, I chose to go with them. I knew that I will get my money's worth right from the bidding process and all because of a few qualities that are hard to find in construction companies today, that made Waterwise stand out more than the others: 1. Friendliness 2. Punctuality 3. Innovative Design These main qualities (and more) were carried throughout the entire +2 months that the Waterwise crew was at my house. Again, you might pay more but you will have: 1.

A beautiful design, not a "cookie-cutter" (different from your neighbors) 2. The peace of mind that someone will ALWAYS answer your call, email or text at anytime you have a question 3. The pease of mind that in a timely manner, someone FRIENDLY will show up to attend your concerns EVERY TIME you have one, during and after your project is over. You can clearly see (and feel), that they take pride and stand behind their work. Now, if this doesn't sounds like it's worth a bit more, then you probably don't have much experience with construction companies.

If these qualities I mentioned above, don't make you pick up the phone, if only just to give them a try, you are missing out. You can clearly see that I'm very pleased and it's for a good reason. I spent a lot of money on a big, long and complex project and I don't have EVEN ONE thing to complain about, everything was spot on, as agreed and ON TIME!
