Mill brothers only cares about money they have no morals at all. My boyfriend worked here and on his last day they tried giving him a 24$ paycheck for a full week of work knowing he has a baby on the way and supports me and our son. They tried saying he owed for this and that (which was all lies) until the labor board was brought up all the sudden It was a full pay check. Imagine that! Worthless company. Don't work here Don't have them work on your house Who knows what other shady things they do.

This is a commercial landscape company. They do Landscaping at new build houses for construction companies and lawn care services for entire neighborhoods. Their motto should be "Once we get the contract, we don't give a shit, and will provide mediocrity at best." They grow their trees on site to use in projects. They either don't take care of them on-site, only use trees with poor genetics, or they are incompetent transplanting them correctly.

You can see their vehicles constantly replacing dead trees they planted 1-2 years ago. They had to replace nearly every tree on our street and I've watched them replace countless trees elsewhere in the neighborhood. However, anyone who planted their own or had a nursery do the install has big, beautiful trees growing. The rest of their landscape work is just as abysmal.

Have them install rock beds, you'll get 50% the rock thickness other landscapers will do, with sections of underlying landscape fabric clearly visible. Interested in having them provide lawn care services? Expect areas of dead and dying grass, open grass areas overrun with weeds they've neglected, lack of proper edging and weed whacking along fencing. These people are dumbasses to say the least. And that's giving them more credit than is due. Their work would be subpar for even a run-down trailer park.

I bought a new house last fall and Mills Brothers installed the front yard landscaping. Several plants did not make it through the winter and the filter for the drip system has a major leak which fills up the valve box with water which then overflows into the mulch. I contacted them in early spring about the dead plants and they did reply saying they'd come out and take a look.

I've had no updates from them about this. I've since sent them emails and left voicemails and asked for an update about the plants and complained about the drip system but have not had a single response.

The company's ethos is money! That's it. they don't care about having happy, satisfied customers. They don't care about establishing a good communication, follow up or warranty.

I can't say enough nice things about this company. Jeremy and his staff really went above and beyond to keep us informed, change things if we needed to fit in our financial budget, completed our yard in record time. We didn't chose an over the top landscape, or water feature, just your basic irrigation, sod, rocks, trees and bushes. We tried to get several bids prior to signing with them, but no one would come out, or they were too outrageous on their bids. Highly recommend, A+++

Interacted with one of their designers, Alyssa. She gives out a number she never answers. Does not return calls if you leave a message. Does not keep clients informed. Showed up to discuss design but never got back to us for months. Complete lack of communication. I had to find someone else for landscaping, but dealing with these guys is the reason for a significant delay in our landscaping plans. Front desk answers, but that is not of much use to get the job done. If you decide to give them a try, ask for someone other than Alyssa.

Mill Brothers (Surroundings) did our outdoor kitchen and pavers. There were several issues with their work. We had them come back for repairs before the 1 year warranty was up, but some of the same issues happened again after repairs were made and right after warranty expired, mostly with pavers sinking. Mill Brother stands by their one year and ONLY one year warranty. Despite the fortune we paid them, they refused to come back and fix anything after the warranty had expired. I will not recommend their services to anyone.
