We will get your instructions over the phone and some of our customers leave us notes and indicators where they do and don't want bark. Used them last year and the price was fair. This year more. They did a terrible job and in a hurry. Didn't clean up after the job and put furniture back. Shouldn't have to go back after they leave and do their job for the amount they charge.

I met Shawn from Bark Blowers at the Boise Home and Garden show. He offered to come out for an estimate of my home in Boise and another in Nampa, and agreed to provide the service. After many, many calls and promises to be there "tomorrow", he has not showed up, called to explain or apologize, and no longer takes my calls. This is such poor customer service and very inconsiderate. I would NOT recommend this company. They are unprofessional and unreliable.
