Love their lawn pest control department. Have been trying to use them for lawn irrigation sine earlier this year. called to request a restart and have had nothing but negativity. Don't use them for irrigation unless you want no call backs and no way to get an appointment date until they get good a ready to do it on their schedule.not yours. So I called the place I have used in the past - got an appointment with no hassle.guess Herbi Systems didn't want the business

I gave one star because the only thing that improved after my contract was their bank account. My lawn is no better off than it was before treated. I did just as good a job with products from Walmart and Home Depot and for less money. After a while seems customer service gets frustrated with call backs from customers with complaints. The commercial said you don't have to call them, they will call you. I never received ONE call during my contract period.

My lawn is gorgeous and has been ever since we started using this service 3 years ago. I don't even have to think about it. The show up treat and leave. We use them for the front and the back. We have let them kill our weeds for years and are very happy with their level of service. They always call before coming out to spray, and they always call a few weeks later to follow up and make sure everything looks good. Their grub and fungicide treatments have helped us and our dog out immensely and are definitely worth the extra money. Highly recommend their business.

They brought the yard back.but then dropped the ball and allowed my yard to become infested with Bill Bugs. If they had informed me I could have started management early and not be behind. I got them under control myself. I will continue to use them as they are just a little bit better than the rest.but not much when it comes to pest management.

We have used Herbi-Systems for several years. Their Technicians are helpful and easy to talk with about any concern. The Customer Service is AWESOME, especially appreciate their follow up phone calls. This week they treated the lawn and I submitted a question online about 10:00 pm. The next morning, about 8:00 am, they called with the answer to my question. Herbi-Systems has consistently provided IMPRESSIVE Customer Service!

We have used this service for several years. Our yard was fine until our old neighbor never did anything with his yard and all of his weed seeds blew into our yard. Needed help. So Herbi-Systems to the rescue. Old neighbor moved and I got the new neighbor to sign up with Herbi-Systems. So far they are head and sholders above anyone else that we have ever used. End of weed problems.

My yard looks horrible after almost 2 years of services-this is my back yard. I've asked for repeat treatments and was told I was outside of the window for free re treatment. But they call the day after treating to ask is everything is ok. No its not, and how would I know 1 day after the application. Yes, dropping them for sure!

Been using them for three years. The yard was HORRIBLE when we moved in. Horrible. Used a different company for the first year, but there were still weeds. Switched to Herbi Systems and now I get compliments all the time on the yard. Yes, there are occationally a few weeds, but they are quick to come out and spray again with a phone call. And I love that they always follow-up.

Every time I see the "lemme kill your weeds" commercial, it turns my stomach. I had their service for 1 1/2 years and every time they came out I had to call them back a second time. Finally fed up with their shoddy service, I cancelled. After I cancelled a supervisor came out and reported back to the office my yard didn't look like it should after them treating it for 1 1/2 years.
They have horrible customer service as I was never at least offered a refund on my last service or they would come out and respray for free. In all this time, they never got rid of the crabgrass.

I used these guys for a year. They were punctual, consistent and I had no problems with them. They stayed in constant contact via follow up phone calls to make sure I was happy with their service. They did a great job, and my yard never looked better. I stopped the service to cut overhead, but I'm thinking about calling them again, as my yard could stand some more TLC.

Used then three years ago for a three application. They reapplied a fourth and I complained I did not want any more, they haggled and I wound up paying half. The next spring I came home from work and they had applied a service. I called again to complain and was told that dice I had not canceled. They then told me that when I said I did not it anymore and had not said the word cancel they just followed industry practice.
They wanted me to pay again and blamed me for not canceling. I was astonished and refused to pay and made them send me a letter confirming I had cancelled all the while they acted like they were doing me a favor.
