What a great experience! We had a few different companies come to write up an estimate for our front yard landscaping redo. David was fantastic. His ideas were the most creative and checked all of our checkboxes. He was so incredibly patient with all of my (many) questions and always responsive. The team that made the vision come to life was equally fantastic! They were so fast, did a BEAUTIFUL job, and cleaned everything so well. I will absolutely call this team again. 10/10 recommend!

I've had a mixed experience with Hatcher. We used Hatcher 3 years ago for the design and construction of all landscaping on a 1 acre property in East Memphis. This included regrading for water management, irrigation system, pool and pool deck installation, patio design and construction, cabana design and construction, and installation of dozens of trees and hundreds of plants and shrubs.
The outcome was beautiful and we retained them for maintenance since that time. We've had difficulty in this period that has always been not quite enough to fire them and retain a new company. All too often items on the "punch list" go unaddressed until I make a fuss. For example, right now the gate installed by Hatcher is broken and the landscape lighting is shorted out.
I have been told repeatedly that they will get to it, but nothing has been done for months. Also, their truck hit a stone wall in front of my house and they didn't admit it until a witness came forward. They have repaired the wall but not the $600 lighting fixture. NO response to my last inquiry about this. All in all, they seem to mean well and do a good job when you get them on site, but they are not diligent about following up on items unless pressed. I am thinking of dropping them if I can find another service.

We had someone come out to give an estimate on some landscaping around our pool fence. My husband was told we would have an estimate with drawing in 2-3 weeks. It's been a little over 1 month and we still haven't heard anything. I called the office yesterday and left a voice mail for them to return the call but no reply. If our job is to small for your company or you just don't want our business, then tell us.
I do realize that this is a landscapers busy time of year, but it takes just a few minutes to call someone and say hey, I'm still working on your quote, or we can't do the work or whatever reason. I can't speak of their work, but if they can not get back to you when they say they will, I don't want their work. Would not recommend at all.

They just did our backyard. Laid sod, added on to our concrete patio with field stone, designed all the landscaping and layout of our backyard. I could not be more happy as it looks fantastic. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional. I was really impressed with the design and layout aspect. We met with a few companies and MH & Assoc was the only company that laid out a very functional design that you could tell came with years of experience from the designer.
