I had contacted them last year for a sprinkler that was damaged during road work. They fixed it but the system has broken again within a year of using it. On calling them to reschedule an appointment, the person on the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional and hung up. Clearly they are doing really well and maintaining customer service and courtesy is no their priority.

Technician arrived promptly at the appointment time, and listened to the issue I was having. He tested the entire system and located the problem, replacing one broken sprinkler head immediately, and setting up another appointment to complete the repair of the larger issue. He took the time to explain how to work my system, which was important to me. Will review again upon completion of the repair.

Called at the last minute to get a sprinkler head replaced before I left town. The office said they were booked up for the next ten days but would try to find way to get a crew to stop by. Within an hour, she called back to say that they had reworked their orders and would get a crew to stop by - within the hour. Wow! The two guys who showed up quickly analyzed my problem and had it fixed.
They then asked if I needed anything else done as they had an hour of their time available to handle any other requests. Before they left they had installed an extra sprinkle head for me and changed out a couple of spray heads. The work of these two guys and the Moore Office's alternating their workload to accommodate me was very much appreciated.

I've used Moore Sprinkler for years. I had them come out and repair two items I knew about. They found a couple of other trouble spots, and jumped in to fix everything. Sabino and six other technicians came out to install five new zones in our backyard. They arrived on time, worked very efficiently and walked us through everything to see if it met our expectations. Everything was cleaned up and washed down upon completion of the project. We received the bid in a timely manner and a few adjustments were made for using fewer parts and less time on the job, so the bill was less than the original estimate. All in all a very positive experience!

We had the most wonderful experience with Moore! They went above and beyond to find a leak in our irrigation system that was caused by deep roots of a 65 year old oak tree. Wow! Bill and Raymond came to repair our sprinkler system. We had several issues. Not only did they do the repairs quickly, they had several other recommendations for problems we hadn't thought could be fixed. Great customer service starting with Autumn. I first called to get information on pricing for the maintenance I needed done and she was able to answer all my questions. The technicians, Bartolo and another gentleman, were on time both times they came out. They inspected the entire system, answered all my questions, and showed me exactly what needed to be done. I'm glad the first two local companies I called never returned my calls : Moore Sprinkler is now my go-to irrigation company.
