Buffalo Lawn & Pest Control have been treating my yard for several years. They consistently do a great job, communicate when they're planning visits and provide updates and recommendations. These guys were very nice! Took them a while to get back to me for my quote but it was the beginning of nice weather so I imagine they were busy. I had just purchased a house and wanted 2 moderate sized bushes removed. They came and saw the bushes, again the man was super nice, then said he would email a quote. $345.00 was the quote! I thought that was ABSURD.
Come to find out it took me and hour and a half to dig both bushes out with just a shovel. That would have taken 2 young guys 20 minutes each bush with more heavy duty equipment. These guys were trying to rob me blind.

This my 2nd season with Buffalo Lawn and Landscape. A friend recommended and uses this company although he is now deciding to discontinue services for the same reasons as well. very very poor weed control and lack of communication. Last season it took 2 additional applications after I noticed several small and large weeds still on my lawn. I even specified the exact location!
After speaking to management the reasons why I no longer wanted their services he asked me to give them another chance. So I did agree. Starting with only 1 application this season and only on call basis. When I received a message letting me know when the 1st application was scheduled I immediately called back leaving a detailed voicemail stating not to spray until further notice from me because I had pool installed which required extensive lawn repair.
A few examples with lack of communication, well this application was applied regardless while I was at work. Once again I left voicemail, management apologized, said I wouldn't be charged. I received a bill after that conversation. Upon my request for weed control application I was informed of my outstanding balance, once again I was told I wouldn't be charged. July 20, 2017 weed control was applied.
I received an invoice with this charge along with previous outstanding balance. After a few attempts of trying contact this company with more voice mails finally I spoke to Nick who was very rude to me and my friend who has issues with this company as well. I understand that weeds won't be gone instantly but over two weeks their are several not even wilting at all?
Well I'm still waiting for another application. I really wish I could post photos of ALL the weeds that are still very alive and growing on my lawn. I made one final attempt, leaving another very detailed voice mail, even requested that I would like to speak to Dennis the (owner )just in case he isn't aware of this poor customer service. I was hoping for a return phone call to resolve this issue before writing this review but no luck.
