We stopped to see how their fresh Christmas trees looked. Their trees were beautiful and much nicer than the ones we looked at, at a home store and the same price!! It seems to be much fresher too. I expected them to be more expensive. We are so glad we stopped there!

The staff is prompt and courteous when performing snow removal.
I often purchase plants throughout the year. The staff is very friendly.

My old brick patio was in serious need of repair. Grabber & Sons took up the pavers, removed old sand and added new foundation poly sand, then leveled everything and re-laid the pavers. Patio is like new, all is square, level and solid. The site was completely clean when done. Highest recommendation Service: Installation

It was a very great Experience, They are open 7 days a week. They were helpful in how each tree was labeled & wrapped my tree once chosen & did the complete tie down.

All the staff members are very friendly. My last visit was especially wonderful, Mary was amazing. We had great conversations about the houseplants I was browsing at and the houseplants I have at home. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm so glad I have this place right around the corner from me!

I love going to Grabbers! I live in an apartment now so don't have big landscaping needs these days but their plants, pots and gifts are so much fun. I was there yesterday and purchased a few sale items and still got the great valued -customer treatment from the woman who was working the desk. Wish I knew her name!

I decided to stop in today 3/6/21 about 1 pm or so with my guy. when we walked we were the only two in the store besides the two lady employees that were standing behind the desk, neither of which acknowledged us, not a hello no nothing. how rude. but we're like whatever let's still look around, so we are browsing the plants for another 5 to 10 minutes, and still not a word from either employee, no are u finding everything ok? do u need help? any questions? NOTHING. just continued to stand there as if we weren't even in the store. after about 10 minutes of being ignored we decided that we were no longer gonna patronize or spend our money with the establishment due to the rudeness of the employees. we walked out the door without either employee saying goodbye, come again, NOTHING!.customer service is important!

They had a good selection of garden stones. I walked in for help and an amazing girl came out and immediately said I would be happy to help you! She helped me find them and pick them out also put the 3 I brought in my trunk. Her name is Ellie what a gem! I will come back because of her. Thank you Ellie!

This is my local store. The people who work here are very nice and polite. I just don't know why they aren't knowledgeable about their plants or inventory. This is what shook me: I bought an apple tree with more price to have 4 types of Apple on it first summer no fruit this summer the plant is filled with apples but they're only green. I was excited for a very long time and this just messed everything up.

I bought multiple fruit trees this year (some similar with 4 types of apple and peach plants). I'm afraid if I'll have the same type on those. These plants aren't cheap. I'm extremely upset for paying a higher price for a regular one. I think they might have mislabeled the tree or something. Will have to wait till next year to see how the others turn out to be.

I always have the best experience when I come here. Mary is extremely knowledgeable in pretty much everything in the nursery, and the young lady in the store, I think she said her name was Elizabeth, is just delightful, very polite. I love sending my gals to Grabber for their flowers too! They always have some cute gift items in their store too, however they can be a bit pricey for what they are.

I love this place. I especially love the shop and the displays that are set up. Whoever does the shop sets up awesome displays for the holidays that give me creative ideas. People complaining about prices obviously don't get out of the house much because it is pretty standard nursery pricing. I live on one income barely making ends meet and my garden still looks awesome thanks in part to this place.

I was even able to pick up a rain chain in my price range that is beautiful and everything I wanted it to be. They have frequent sales and a clearance section with tons of great deals. I can't afford landscaping of course, but even if I am there scrounging through the clearance or buying an indoor plant I am never treated any differently. All of the employees are great and helpful. Oh and did I mention that the owner grills hot dogs in the summer?
