I've worked for the company for a couple of years. It's absolutely awful. For example, my supervisor annoys me with her constant praise and encouragement. Don't even get me started on HR. Every time I have an issue, they start in with their prompt responses in a cordial and respectful manner. The nerve! Honestly, if this company doesn't lay off with their consistent offers for advancement, I'm gonna scream.

Have worked for this company for a few months now and after an incident with an employee that apart of my team I have learned this company and the regional VP and HR dep. are incompetent wouldn't recommend this company to anyone only as a last resort type job and currently I am employed by this company as of the date of post. Update 4/26/22 have called the number given 2 times and left a message both times haven't received a call back

I recently went to this company to apply for work, I enjoyed the greetings and their professionalism, they made me feel relaxed and the staff was kind of like family. Young man Mr. Johnathan carried himself similar to Johnathan in the Bible, you know King David of the Israelites in the scriptures, the young lady she greeted me with a refreshing smile and kind greeting, I recommend people to give them a try, I felt peace from their staff. And the little dog that supervise the office, peace to all of you.

So many have the same review about this company and being fired for lies. They will lose their contract and not even tell you. After I was fired for blatant lies that were disproven by cameras I was told By HR Ewa Lorick that I would be contacted but I never heard back from her again. They don't even need an HR department because they are allowed to get away with anything because they No it will be hard to hire new ppl because no one wants to work for such a terrible company.
My supervisor went live on Facebook and talked about me while she was on the clock. The absolute most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed and of course she's still employed. After countless emails I received my pay stubs weeks later and I can't even file for unemployment because this company does not show up in the search and no one will answer the phone or return your call to get the Employer Id number.
Response to owner: It is very factual. I only spoke to HR director on one occasion. I sent her multiple emails and I only received one back. That is when she said she would call. She did call and said she would get back with me which she never did. Then it took several weeks for me to Recieve my pay stubs. Here is the proof. Only two emails from Ewa Lorick. Your company sucks. Just admit it.

This is the absolute worst company to work for. Ironically they provide janitorial services and still treat the Janitors with the least amount of respect. I worked very hard only to be met with complaints by my immediate supervisor who has been at this position for just over one month. With absolutely no upper management nor leadership training she thought her promotion was her chance to order ppl around and in her mind if someone missed a spot that means they did not do any work at all creating an environment where ppl were not happy to work.
After being accused of something I did not do she lied about my work to get me fired with no previous write ups or warnings. Cameras proved everything in my termination letter to be lies yet she is still employed through the Budd Group and I am not. After I was fired the supervisor went on a nearly 10 minute rant about me on Facebook Live. She called me out by name and even discussed my firing all on social media. Lastly they adjusted my work hours for my last paycheck causing it to come late and be short.
They have done all of these things because they have blamed me for something I did not do and it was so easy for them to do because even at The Budd Group janitors are at the bottom of the totem pole.

Worse company to work for I just got fired for something I didn't do at all said I have a bad attitude. I am the nicest person you could ever meet I would give you my shirt off my back if it came down to it. I was cleaning a bank and the bank employees loved my work they even stated it I do a better job than the last guy was there. It's actually clean the lobbies and bathrooms always clean the bank employees said the facility it's always very nice and neat all the dust was finely gone when I started.
I do a really fantastic job but after they fired me today they had a girl waiting in the parking lot and automatically hired her right after they fired me. That was a very shady deal right there I would never refer somebody to this group the way I was treated today.
