Our staff consist of 6 licensed irrigators, a certified landscape irrigation auditor and a registered landscape architect. These professionals represent over one hundred and fifty years of combined experience in the landscape and irrigation industry. The Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) has established guidelines concerning the legal installation of an irrigation system in order to protect the public.

Gave me a price of 1575.00 destroyed my yard to prep for installation and never came back after that. Picked the phone up and realized it was me and won't answer any other calls. I assume he quoted me a price to low and realized he messed up and Instead of correcting it he just bailed on me. Terrible business man and just all around not a good person. STAY AWAY!

Customer Service is non-existent! Recently made an appointment for service and was told that the mornings first thing would be best as that would make me the first stop of the day and would not be prone to an extended wait time if another appointment took longer. Made the appointment for their earliest slot at 8:00am the following week on Tuesday and thought everything was set.
Fast forward. Tuesday morning at 8:00 came and went and about 8:25 I called and asked if a technician was on their way and was told by the lady that answered the phone that "Mr. Phillips was on the other line and they would call me back as soon as he got off with an update". 30 minutes later still no call, now one should remember that I took some time off from work for this appointment, so I once again called right at 9:00 and a different lady answered the phone and I went through my whole story again with her.
She said that she just walked in the door and would need to call me back. I said that I was told the same thing over 30 minutes ago and she said that wasn't her and she would call me right back as soon as she checked into the situation. Well, after another 20 minutes I got frustrated and left for work. About 30 minutes after that she finally called back ( I guess that's Phillip's definition of right back) and said that a Tech is now available and could come out.
I kept my composure and kept it professional and said No Thank you as I felt like they did not value my time. Again, I would never ever recommend them to someone as it's very evident from my brief experience with them that unprofessional behavior runs from the top down with this company. Should give no stars but at least she did call me back so feeling a little generous today.
